Bright apartment, perfect for 2/3 people, in the peculiar area of Corte in Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beaches. In the area there are many restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a bakery, famous for its focaccia. There are also various diving centers nearby.

A few steps from the apartment there is the bus stop to Rapallo and Paraggi/Portofino, in addition to a paying indoor car park.



The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a typical Ligurian building without a lift, in the second row of the houses of the port of Santa Margherita. At the entrance, a small atrium divides the sleeping area from the living area. The living area houses an equipped hideaway kitchenette, also fitted with a coffee machine, in addition to a table with chairs, a TV, two small tables and two wicker chairs. In front of the table there is a comfortable high quality sofa bed with a pull-out bed. The bedroom is furnished with a cosy queen size bed (160x200), a functioning roll-top desk and enjoys a window overlooking the rooftops and Nozarego hill. Next to it, there is a practical walk-in closet. A full bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a window completes the apartment.

A camping cot is available on request.



Important: This accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a small building without a lift, thus it is not recommended for elderly people or people with reduced mobility.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



A bit more than 30 km away from Santa Margherita is Genoa, well-known port city and capital of Liguria region. Known as one of the most extensive medieval historical centers in Europe, the heart of Genoa is a maze of alleys that unexpectedly open up into small squares, often related, like the churches overlooking them, to important noble families. Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is iconic and cannot be missed. A little more than one-hour drive away there is Cinque Terre: 18 km of rocky coast with bays and beaches to be explored, enlisted in the UNESCO heritage list since 1997.



The apartment is less than a 15-minute walk from the Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino station and about 40 minutes by car from the Genoa airport.
