1. We booked a one bedroom suite months in advance for a wedding. When we checked in we walked in to our room it was very obvious it was not a one bedroom suite. I immediately went back downstairs to the front desk to let them know and the very rude and arrogant worker told me that that was in fact a one bedroom suite. (I compared our room to other family member's standard rooms and they were exactly like ours!! I also compared to another family member who also booked a one bedroom suite and actually received a one bedroom suite...huge difference!) I then asked to at least get a roll away bed and was told they did not have any available. They then magically came up with one that was delivered to our room, falling apart and disgusting! 2. THREE of our family members did not have rooms available for them because, according to the front desk, they had overbooked! Even though our reservations were made months in advance! The worst part was the lying! They first started claiming that the rooms were just not ready yet (even thoug it was after 3pm check in time). Then after waiting they finally admitted that there would be no rooms for them! They had to miss out on part of the wedding in order to find another hotel with availability! 3. At checkout I spoke with the manager and let him know the issues, he took down my phone number and said that someone from the sales team would reach out to me the next day, I still have not heard from anyone! Rude, incompetent and unwilling to help!

I got hot water in the shower in the evening, but when my mom showered shortly thereafter, the mixing valve broke off in her hand. She tried to replace it, but didn't feel like it was fixed. She showered in luke warm water. The next morning, I also showered in luke warm water because the valve wasn't working right. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, but we asked them to wait to fix it until we checked out.
