We asked for a suite on 4rth floor instead was given small room very noisy on the first floor next to elevator mechanical room for same price of suite i want my money back... this is not right that they did not honor my request as returning customers we had our 6mo baby with us people were loud and screaming out side our room so messed up we will not come back we reserve the room 3 weeks before..this is not right. i want refund.

Breakfast was good. The lobby was clean. The room is a good size and the kitchen has all the basic stuff needed. We had an accessible room and we were surprised to see a plunger in the bathroom! Then we found out why it’s there coz almost every time you flush the toilet , you need to use the plunger ! Also, please update the room description! It showed that there’s a sofabed and sleeps 6 but there’s no sofabed!
