Designed to maximize light, views, and serenity, the villa spans seven thoughtfully crafted levels, each revealing a new perspective of Huatulco’s tropical coastline. The main living level welcomes you into a bright, open-concept great room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge, all framed by expansive picture windows. Step out onto a sun-drenched terrace—ideal for long, leisurely dinners as the sky turns gold and the ocean breeze sets the mood.

Perched at the top of the property, the expansive primary suite delivers the ultimate sense of privacy and escape. This elevated sanctuary features a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and a breathtaking ocean-view terrace—perfect for morning coffee, sunset reflections, or quiet moments high above the sea.

Just below, an ocean-view guest suite offers a queen bed, private ensuite, and its own outdoor terrace, creating a peaceful haven for guests seeking extra privacy. One level further down, two additional guest suites each feature private ensuite bathrooms and direct terrace access, offering serene retreats with ocean views at every turn.

At the heart of the home’s outdoor living experience, the villa opens to its show-stopping infinity-edge pool, seemingly floating above the Pacific. The pool and BBQ lounge area invites sun-soaked afternoons, laid-back swims, and sunset cocktails, with generous loungers designed for pure relaxation.

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
