The Villa.
Welcome to our beautiful villa, (Villa Las Iguanas), we truly have personally tried to make our home and your holiday, something special. We have taken the time to search and select the highest quality furnishings for your comfort and holiday experience, we believe in the small details, that turn holidays into magic, and we hope to stand out from the rest.

Villa Las Iguanas is a new and modern detached 3 story, luxury villa, with double height ceiling giving a feeling of space and lots of glass allowing ample light to fill the house. All windows and doors are covered by electronically operated blinds. Entering the front gate, you will feel that you have arrived somewhere special, a tropical garden with various zones for chilling out, either sitting on the designer sofas, sipping your favourite cocktail, to bronzing on the sunbeds, all depending on what mood you are in. shade from the sun is also available if you desire to use it. the swimming pool is just a step away from the house and can also be accessed from the kitchen doors or lounge doors.

The villa is spacious and enjoys an open plan, modern style kitchen, fully equipped to a high level, even including a five stage, reverse osmosis water filtration system, saving you the need to purchase drinking water. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes, next to the bedroom is a shower/bathroom. Going upstairs you will find two large master bedrooms with full ensuite shower/bathrooms, one having internal views from the bedroom to the lounge. All bedrooms by the way, have built in wardrobes and hotel quality bedding. Continuing upstairs to the roof solarium, you will enjoy enough space for all the family, to chill out together, relaxing on the sofas, enjoying drinks and watching the sunset from the rooftop (chillout lounge) The villa has fully centralized air conditioning; and all blinds are electronic and blackout, providing a good night’s sleep, the lounge has a large 65” QLED TV, with English or Spanish TV channels and movies, also possible to find channels in other languages.

We want to offer you a luxury all included style holiday, we don’t believe in hidden extras or surcharges. electricity is included, water is included, drinking water is included, and gas for the barbeque is included.

So that each time a guest arrives at our villa, they feel like they have entered a new home, we do charge for laundry change and cleaning. Please help us keep this to a minimum by keeping the villa tidy.
Heating of the pool during the cooler months is also available for a small additional surcharge.


Information about where you will be staying, (GRAN ALACANT)

Gran Alacant is located only four miles south of Alicante Airport on the Costa Blanca and eight miles from the beautiful city of Alicante, the villa is just ten minutes from the Airport, and five minutes in car to the beautiful blue flag beaches of Carabassi.

Gran Alacant is vibrant and full of fun, various bars and restaurants catering for all tastes, from local to international, KFC, Burger King, Fosters Hollywood, Chinese to Indian & English to Spanish. Gran Alacant is perfectly located offering you easy access from the airport, to beach and to the beautiful city of Alicante. Car hire is not necessary, although recommended for travelling further afield. You can catch a local road train to travel around the village and to the beach. Easy walk to local bars, shops and supermarkets.

Gran Alacant is a new and modern coastal urbanization which is set next to the beach, Within walking distance there are a large choice of bars & international restaurants. various supermarkets, and close by is a shopping centre, selling anything from perfumes, shoes and clothes. It has a buzzing atmosphere at night with various bars offering live music and entertainment! Bus service & various coach trips are also available to take you to various towns and attractions. various chemists with staff that speak reasonable English. A street market is just a short walk from the villa. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja, Benidorm & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.

Carabassi beach is about 1.5 km away from the villa and is one of the best beaches in the Costa Blanca area with its clean, soft sands, It often wins the blue ribbon award, It has four beach bars if you need a nice cold beer or some food. It has a buzzing atmosphere at night with various bars offering live music and entertainment! Bus service & various coach trips are also available to take you to various towns and attractions. various chemists with staff that speak reasonable English. A street market is just a short walk from the villa. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja, Benidorm & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.

Within half an hour drive in most directions there are also plenty of golf courses, water parks, Elche Safari park and horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.
A short boat trip away on a glass bottom boat, is the island of Tabarca, where you can spend the day snorkelling the clear crystal waters, laying on the beach or enjoying a Paella in one of the many restaurants.
For those who want the noisy crowds, fun & late night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than thirty minutes away by car, it also has a theme park (Terra Mitica), a safari animal park (Mundomar) and a large water park (Aqualandia), & (Benidorm Palace) for good international cabaret entertainment.

Santa Pola.
The closest town is Santa Pola, offering a feeling of traditional Spain with its centrally positioned Castle and Plaza, you can sit in one of the coffee bars watching the locals, or take a water taxi to Isla Tabarca, if you feel more adventurous you could even take a Jet ski.

Gran Alacant must be the best location for a family holiday, centrally located to a variety of things to do either on land or off.

This is a city well known for its terrific warm weather, its long sandy beaches, and its magnificent boulevard surrounded all along by splendid palm trees.


El Plantio Golf Corse.
El Plantío has one round of 18 holes and another one of 9 holes par 3, which makes it great for all players. The 18-hole round has a par of 72, the 9-holer is made up of par 3’s. The rounds are suitable to the requirements and level of all players
