This home offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a short 1 minute walk to the beach walkway and wonderful accommodations for up to 17 guests.

This beautiful home in Grayton Beach offers all the amenities you desire and plenty of room for the whole family too. The spacious interior features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful open floor plan connecting the living room to the fully-stocked kitchen. Two dining tables provide ample seating for everyone to share a meal together. The coastal, elegant décor will have you feeling relaxed the moment you step foot into Grayton Dunes!

On the first floor,
there is 1 Master king bedroom with a full private bath attached as well as a bedroom equipped with 2 Queen beds with a full private bath attached.

When you arrive on the second floor,
there is one King bedroom with a full bath attached and a super fun & functional bunk bed room for kids or adults (can sleep 9) with a full bath attached.

Guests in this home will love the spacious front deck with lots of seating, including a table on one side and rocking chairs on the other. Enjoy a freshly prepared dinner on the large gas grill or take a stroll to enjoy the delectable bites and delicious drinks at Chiringo or Red Bar—two of Grayton Beach’s best local spots.

Great location. Easy access to beach via boardwalk at the end of the block. The pool was heated which was great on a cold week. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. We love Grayton and we love this side of the beach. Much less crowded, but still close enough to everything. Would love it if there was a nice walk through to get to the main drag, but did not find one. House was plenty of space. Kitchen has so many cabinets, we spent a lot of time just looking for things. I would love to have seen cushions on the pool furniture, but it was very nice, sturdy furniture. Pool is a nice option, but know for the time we went, it is only in the sun during first half of the day. Beds were fine, bathrooms were nice, was very nice to have a half bath on main level. Management was very attentive to any questions or issues we had. Two very minor downfalls. The main living space is huge (tall) so everything is very loud. If we had small children, I probably wouldn’t stay here for the noise factor. The other thing is a few kitchen items were definitely lacking. To be fair, there are plenty of other things that we would never even think of needing, that were available. Bring all of your own spices, no salt or pepper or anything else. We also needed a water pitcher and did not have one. We bought one and left it, so hopefully it stays there for the next renters. Overall, we would rent this house again.

Weekend girls trip

Large Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The home itself is very open and accommodated our large family of 16 easily with a few extras for the July 4th holiday gathering. The house had all the amenities needed for our two week vacation. The pool was very nice for hot afternoons and the golf cart and bicycles made getting around the 30A area much easier. The location is great - just a short walk to the less crowded end of Grayton Beach. Highly recommend!

Family beach trip

First time staying in this area and at this property for me and some of my family. We loved the house ....its roominess, decor, proximity to the beach. The open kitchen , dining and living area were so nice, the bedrooms were all nice and big. We loved the fenced in pool and the golf cart, the corn hole. The beach bonfire that was provided was really nice! We loved the Grayton Beach area and we will definitely be back to the area and the property. Our host were great and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The only thing that happened while we were there was our coffee maker didn't work but we messaged them and a new one was on our porch by the afternoon! A good time was had by all! I have been vacationing on the gulf coast for over 55 years and this was definitely one of the best ! Can't wait to return!

Perfect Spring Break House

We absolutely loved this house! The proximity to the beach made life so much less stressful than past years when we stayed at houses further away. Grayton Beach is also still a quiet town which we loved. Quick access to all the other towns on 30A, but when we wanted less hustle and bustle, being back at this house was perfect. Our group spent a lot of time in the pool & on the big front porch. The house is much larger in person than expected. Our 6 kids were spoiled with their own massive bunk room. We cannot wait to spend time here again!

Beautiful home in excellent location

We rented this home for my sons wedding in Grayton beach. This house exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful home in the ideal location - so close to beach access and only block from enter of Grayton beach community. The house was spacious and had all amenities needed - the golf cart and bikes were much appreciated. The owners were prompt in communication and were very willing to answer questions and make our stay memorable. I would most definitely rent this house again !!!

We have stayed at this house for two years now and we just love it. We hate to leave it when our trip is over. It’s like our second home. The house is very clean, beds are comfy, the house is In perfect location to the beach and also the town. Love everything about it.

Great house!

We had the best time in Grayton Beach! The house was beautiful and slept all of us comfortably. It was clean upon arrival and the check-in process was easy and efficient. Kelly was extremely accommodating before and during our stay giving us recommendations for the area. A few things to note: there were no beach chairs or towels at the house, no kitchen spices or condiments, and a very limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect Grayton House!!

This house has it all! We came to Grayton Beach for a week, with 8 kids and 6 adults. We loved: the pool, proximity to the beach, the spacious accommodations, outdoor shower and hose, and the location. Grayton Beach is our favorite, and this house was so close to everything. The house was much larger in person than in pictures, and we never felt on top of each other. Specifically, we really appreciated how big the kitchen was and the multiple seating options for kids nand adults to eat. Kelly was so great at communicating with us, and it was the best week of vacation! Thank you so so much!

Great House Excellent Location

The house is large with plenty of room for multiple families and children. We had 5 adults and a child and it was perfect! The bunk room is amazing if you have multiple children staying. Pros: -Location is great! 5 minute walk from restaurants or quick golf cart ride to the public beach. My son LOVED the golf cart rides! -Private beach entrance is just yards away but you cannot get beach service chairs there. -Comfortable and clean with a friendly and responsive host! Cons: -Pool was very cold for early September. It was 60ish degrees in the water so we couldn’t swim other than the first day. -Kitchen gadgets are limited if you plan to cook -No hotel amenities in the restrooms so make sure you bring your own!

Good times

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had plenty of room as the rooms were big especially the kitchen/dining/great room area. The beach was definitely within walking distance and somewhat private. The public beach was next door but far enough away where we felt very comfortable and not crowded. the pool worked out great as when the water was a little rougher the little ones went back and swam. The golf cart was a big plus as we could take that to run up to the store or out to one of the many restaurants in the area. I would definitely consider staying here again.
