This stunning 5-bedroom vacation home is perfect for families of all sizes!

With three adult bedrooms (king size bed in each), one children's bedroom (with two full beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

We celebrated my daughter's 30th Birthday on 30A. The house was perfect for our group. The beach chairs, umbrella, and golf cart were a nice amenity. Old Florida Fish House, Red Bar, and Pizza from Brozinni's Pizzeria was fantastic! Matt was quick to answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. Great Trip!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed, spacious, and in a great location. The 4 bikes were great for our teens to go off on their own and the golf cart was great for our use. The community pool being right there was an added bonus. Matt was very quick to answer any questions we had! We will definitely stay here again!

Great house

Second time staying at Matt’s property and it was just a great from two years ago. Location is walking distance to public beach. Easy golf cart ride to Seaside. 17 mins to Rosemary. Beds are very comfortable! Will book again.

Excellent beach house and location!

This was a great house for our fall beach trip! The house is very clean and well- equipped. We liked the layout with the kids bunk and singles on the 3rd floor for our teenagers and the den and kitchen fit everyone nicely. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach.

Great Location

Beautiful home in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. The community pool is also located just behind this property. Can’t wait to come back!

Our visit was wonderful! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Great location within walking distance to the beach and several stores/restaurants. Huge bonus for having the community pool right outside of the back door. Only thing I would suggest is to add an additional door lock out of reach of little ones, on the balcony access door in the twin bedroom. The host was responsive and made check in very easy. We are already talking about coming back and can’t wait! Thanks again!

Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The pool was literally next to the house which the kids love it a lot. The property manager or owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would rent this house again next time and we kindly recommend it.
