From the moment you arrive, you'll appreciate the ample parking with a private driveway and additional designated space in front of the home. A welcoming front screened porch sets the tone with its classic Southern charm—complete with a porch swing, four rockers, and ceiling fans. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or gather for relaxed family time.

Inside, the main floor features a spacious open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas—ideal for staying connected throughout your stay. The house itself is a bit dated in parts, but it’s clear that the owners have made a real effort to maintain it and keep it comfortable. The only small issue we had was with the showers—they were a bit tricky to figure out at first and could use some updating for ease of use. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It’s a lovely, spacious home that served us really well during our visit. We'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a centrally located and welcoming place to stay.

Quick walk to town but quiet at night. The home does need some updating. Low flow shower heads are not great when you need water pressure. The front door is tricky to keep locked. Our washer was down for a couple days but I was allowed to use another cottage for laundry. It was took an entire day from my vacation to get caught up on all of it. The cleaning company left a vacuum cord plugged in with no vacuum on the other end (bare wires) which could have harmed someone had we not noticed it before the kids did. Other than those hiccups, it was a great stay. The team at Homeowners goes above and beyond. Great Communicators!!
