Rest Ashore 30a accommodates 8 and is a newly furnished and remodeled 2nd floor condo located in the private, gated and serene Sanctuary at Redfish in Blue Mountain Beach.
Enjoy expansive Gulf and coastal dune lake views from the 264 sq ft terrace extending off both the living room and primary retreat! Sip your morning coffee and view deer and birds in the lush natural preserve that is your backyard. This beautifully decorated, 3/3.5, 1958 sq ft condo is one of the few extended (larger) 3 bedroom units in the 64 unit condo complex that includes 14 acres along the Gulf of Mexico and Big Redfish Lake. The sugar white sand beaches and dunes with turquoise water are some of the most beautiful in the world. Neighboring Grayton Beach was recently named the number #1 Beach in the US by Dr. Beach.
This modern coastal inspired condo boasts gorgeous new white quartz countertops in all 4 baths and kitchen, fresh paint throughout, new stainless appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave), new plantation shutters, a large one level kitchen island with four stools at counter level, and new furniture throughout. The expansive primary suite opens to the fabulous views on the terrace and can be enjoyed from the bedroom as well from the queen sleeper sofa and/or master king bed. A perfect work from home space. Two additional bedrooms hold a queen bed and 4 twins (2 bunks), all with their own en-suite bathrooms, TVs, luggage racks and overhead fans. Also included is a powder room and laundry room with an iron and ironing board. A pack n play is available upon request.
Amenity options overflow! Start your morning using one of the complimentary canoes (or bring/rent your own kayak/paddle board) to fish, float or paddle from our shore on Big Redfish Lake or to the private beach where two complimentary chairs and umbrella (paid for by owner) are set up for your use during your stay. You may rent more as needed through La Dolce Vita or bring your own extras ( tents are prohibited).
Redfishâs âCaptain Bobâ and Kristina, guest favorites, are available 7 days a week, March 1st to November 1st to provide a complimentary 3-4 minute pontoon boat shuttle service to and from the beach. Alternatively there is a lovely, private ten minute boardwalk for beach access. A gate code is provided and itâs a beautiful way to enjoy the evening sunset. The public access beach nearby is about a half mile away. The beautifully landscaped resort like pool complex has 4 pools and 2 hot tubs with waterfalls. Great for all ages as it includes a kids pool, heated pool (heated all winter) and zero entry pool. Prepare your favorite dinner at one of the 5 poolside Weber gas grills (utensils provided in unit). Afterwards, roast marshmallows while seated around the large gas powered fire pit. Or enjoy one of two hot tubs while watching the sunset. Other amenities include a state of the art fitness center and business center. The Scenic Hwy 30A paved bike/walk path runs directly in front of Sanctuary at Redfish. Bring your own bikes or easily rent one nearby. Close proximity to neighboring state parks, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach and Sandestin provide endless opportunities for shopping, dining out and exploring.
2 underground parking spaces are provided along with plenty of outside parking. Rest Ashore 30a is conveniently located near an elevator for convenient access to underground parking and unloading. The front gate requires coded access. This is a No Smoking property. We do not rent to under 28.
Guests will be provided with a small dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of paper towels, sponge, 2 trash liners and a set of toilet paper and soaps/toiletries for each bathroom. You will need to purchase more as necessary for longer stays .
Our minimum length of stay varies offseason. Currently it is a 5-7 day min. We are looking forward to hosting you!
