You are close to the beach, which is large and perfect for creating your own space to sit, swim, relax and play. Getting there is an easy stroll to put your toes in the sand.

The property is fully renovated with fresh siding and a stylish metal roof. Featured is a new heated pool and spa next to a large, shaded tiki hut. The refreshed landscaping enhances the overall beauty.

We offer a top floor loft condo with high ceilings. You won’t hear people walking above and you have a great view! The south-facing balcony has views of the gulf and Deer Lake. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets! The starry night skies are unforgettable.

Other amenities include no-contact check-in and keyless entry, free WiFi, BBQ grills and picnic tables, and laundry facilities. The building has an elevator and first come, first served covered parking. Load and unload in the shade!

Sleeping arrangements: There is a bright and beachy Queen sleeping sofa with a new mattress in the main room. You'll enjoy a new plush Queen bed in the loft bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite counter tops, frig, coffee maker, microwave and stove. You’ll find all the cookware and pantry items you need, with plenty of dishes and utensils for all. Chances are you'll also find basic supplies, including coffee filters and sweetener.

The bathroom has a tub and shower, vanity/sink, and linens are provided. You need only to bring your own beach towels.

You will love the feel of this condo, the location, and the view. Enjoy gorgeous skies, sunrise and sunset, walks on the beach, and friendly dining and shopping. Swim, sun, play and enjoy salt-air breezes at the ocean or the pool.

Have fun exploring Scenic 30A's 19-mile walking, running and cycling path on the Timpoochee Trail that leads you to the neighboring communities of Dune Allen, Blue Mountain, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside to the west, and Watersound, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary, and Inlet Beach to the east. There are restaurants for every taste, ranging from relaxed to fine dining.

Pictures didn’t really do it justice. It was really cute and we were comfortable. Host was helpful and gave us good instructions. Pet friendly, had stairs for the pups and all outside areas were good for potty time. Pool was pretty and hot tub nice for soaking after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Nancy's place with our dog. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool is newly updated and quite lovely. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Nancy was helpful and very responsive. We had a great week.

Fantastic Place!!

We had a very peaceful stay, and the condo was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed (including a wagon and umbrellas for the beach). The location was perfect too--very close to the gulf with just a 2 minute walk--and Nancy was easily reached and very responsive and hospitable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we hope to stay there again soon!

Great stay, perfect location!

Had a wonderful stay, easy/short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants and stores! Condo was the perfect amount of space for my family, pool and grounds are beautiful and everything was very clean! Appreciate the community being very dog friendly and everyone we met (including locals that lived there) were all very helpful and kind! And Nancy is the perfect host and we appreciate her for sharing her home with us! We will be back!

Santa Rosa re-visit

The property was just as the listing description stated. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals and accommodations for sleeping and leisure activities. A short walk to the beach. All of the supplies needed for the beach were available in the unit. The elevator was a nice plus! The property is pet friendly which we appreciated.

Great location and great host

We love coming to stay at Beachfront 2. This is the second time we have stayed at Nancy’s and had everything we needed. Nancy was quick at responding and the place was clean and cozy. We were also allowed to check in a little early which is very convenient. Nancy’s place is an easy walk to the beach and the property is well maintained and very pet friendly. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to take it to the nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely book Nancy’s place again in the future.

Clean and cozy condo just steps away from the beach. This condo is located within biking distance of Seaside and Rosemary beaches. The host, Nancy, has everything you need: beach wagon with cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Nancy is so kind and such a thoughtful host. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

Great rental and great location

My husband and I came down for Labor Day and had a great stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and a great location to ride bikes around. The rental itself was clean, we had all of the appliances and such that we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Loved having a smart tv so we could log into our streaming services as well. Overall, we had an excellent stay and great communication with our host and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a little tight for three adults, but it worked out just fine and we had a great time. We have our favorite places all along 30a and this location was perfectly situated to easily visit Rosemary Beach, as well places we enjoy going to toward Grayton Beach, and everything in between. The condo is perfect for two people and a very short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Very clean & convenient, great for dogs!

We had very specific requirements looking for a place to stay: south side of 30A to avoid crossing to go to the beach, small since only the two of us getting away for a week, dog friendly, & clean. This loft style condo checked every box. The location is perfect to get easily & quickly to the beach. The pool area is super nice. The pet area is very nice & convenient. Communication with Nancy was very easy- she responded quickly & kindly when contacted. Highly recommend if looking for a convenient, small condo that is pet friendly.

Convenient Location

Nancy’s home is such a cute & perfect place for a getaway. The home has charm and it easily suited our needs as well as our pups need - she had doggie stairs in the bedroom! Super close walk to the beach and just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the busy part of 30A. We definitely enjoyed our time and hope to be back in the near future!

Location location

We loved this location. Very convenient for the beach and close to all my favorite restaurants. The only thing I didn’t care for were the beds, both mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also, there was no washer and dryer. Everything else was great. I took my 5 year old and my mom. Also, the whole place is super dog friendly!!
