We had a fabulous stay at The Mar! It is the cutest cottage, with such a well designed space and layout. We had everything we needed and the beach is literally across the street!!! It was so convenient to hop on the bikes and ride down to Seaside to shop and grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend staying here!

The MAR is a great place to stay. It’s decorated beautifully, so close to beach access and just a bike ride away from Seaside. The patio is wonderful to sit on while sipping coffee or a cocktail. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and place!

This cute little house is literally right across from the beach access. We came with our kids, and was able to go back to the place for lunch each beach day because that’s how close we were to beach access. It was super cute and clean. Perfect for a small group!

Enjoyed our stay. Owner was very nice. I wish VRBO would have written the description clearer for us; apparently we were only renting 1/2 the home not the entire home. At first we were a bit surprised, we thought we were renting the entire home. The owner was kind and accommodating; we choose to still proceed. FYI you can rent the entire home or half. Once we understood, after the fact we really enjoyed our stay. Yes we do recommend this beach house!

Seaside at MAR

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at MAR and would definitely book it again (maybe even take more people and rent the upstairs SOL as well!). The location was perfect - we walked across the street to the beach access and rode bikes into town every day. The space was perfect for a small family, was very clean and comfy, and had everything we needed.

Cool place in a great location

MAR was great. Very short walk to a couple public beach access points. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The space was comfortable and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms all well laid out. Efficient use of tight quarters but fit my family of 4 very well. Nicely appointed. Communication was great throughout the booking, check-in, stay, and check-out process. Very pleased with the stay. Would stay here again.
