This lovely 3-bedroom and 2-bath condo located on the 2nd floor is modern and sophisticated with nautical charm. The open kitchen is bright and inviting. Fully stocked and ready for all of your meal preparing needs. Both bathrooms feature gorgeous tiled walk-in showers. The best spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the sunshine? Right outside on the balcony overlooking the pool (1 of 2 in the complex). For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King master suite with private bathroom and balcony access.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds and TV (for DVDs only)
Sofa in living room pulls out to a queen.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2 minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Santa Rosa beach

The stay was nice and convenient with only 2 minutes to the beach. The furniture in the accommodation was outdated and the master headboard is not connected to the frame. The unit was very clean. The electronics could use an update as well. Problem with the internet. The service personnel was very attentive and fixed in less than an hour.

Another great Beachwood Villas condo

The condo was well supplied, clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed having the spot to come back to rest after our mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pools. Beachwood Villas continues to be our spot of choice during our summer visits.

Condiments and Other Kitchen Items

I appreciate the layout of the place and the location. Overall, it suited our needs just fine! Our check-in process was stressful because the person forgot to add an extra night to our reservation and the code didn't work! I am grateful we were not charged for that night because it was definitely a mistake!!! In terms of the kitchen, I like to rent places with kitchens to cook and save money. I was surprised there were no condiments available such as a basic olive oil to cook with and salt and pepper, and even ketchup! Basic condiments would be helpful since we flew in and there is a 3 once maximum, I had to buy oil and find salt and pepper packs to bring home. Likewise, it would be helpful to have a more fully stocked kitchen such as a spatula to cook something basic like eggs!!! I was looking in the drawer for a spatula and large knives were there and I ended up cutting myself slightly because of the placement of the cooking utensils. It would be helpful if there were more order to pots and pans and cooking utensils in the drawer. There were plenty of plates, bowls and cups, just needed the other cooking utensils and basic condiments. I've never stayed in a place that didn't have these so I felt limited in what I could make and how I could prepare it and had to spend extra money and effort to look for and buy these condiments. Thanks for considering this aspects for future guests ease and comfort!!!

Relaxing vacation

The condo was nice, clean comfortable. However, Rent Gear Here was not so great, didn’t leave beach wagon, finally got one a day late, then it was a garden wagon not made for beach, so useless. Left a cheap umbrella instead of the umbrella described in ad. I was supposed to get a discount and refund for their mistake didn’t happen.

Not up to the standard we expected from previous visits

I have rented a condo in Beachwood Villas the past three times my family has stayed in Seagrove. Unfortunately, this condo did not meet the standard we had come to expect from our previous experiences. While the furnishings and layout were nice, as well as the convenient proximity to one of the pools, there were several issues with the condo. First, there was a strong smell of mildew in the master bathroom's shower. It looks like it was recently updated, but the smell when you opened the glass door was pretty overpowering. Second, the kitchen was equipped with very low quality supplies. For example, the coffee pot was the most basic model and leaked terribly, the blender didn't work properly, and the manual can opener was broken. The biggest issue, however, was that the refrigerator didn't cool for the first three days of our trip. We were traveling with a family of 7, so cooking is a necessity to save money. We unfortunately had to eat out almost every meal for three days while we waited for the repairman to come. The temp in the fridge never got below 60 degrees, so we couldn't even keep sandwich meat in there. This was a HUGE unexpected expense! Garrett Realty was very helpful and apologetic, and I would definitely rent from them again, but not this particular condo (12H). We paid more for this one than the previous two, and ended up spending so much having to eat out that our vacation was more stressful than relaxing.
