“Shell yeah!” Pinkie looked up in surprise as a passing motorist blew his horn and shouted. She was quite the vision in her hot pink Gem car. “Finally some appreciation! At a max speed of 35 mph, Pinkie's electric golf cart was frequently seen cruising under the speed limit. “The beach is no place to be in a hurry”. As is often the case in the nature of her business, Pinkie Flamingo frequently found herself “makin' her way along 30A”. The famous coastal highway with an attitude all its own, follows the curves of the Florida coast as it meanders assuredly through the many numerous communities that call it home. Whenever an impatient motorist got too annoying or tried to pass on a double yellow line, Pinkie would call him/her out with a friendly greeting…Welcome to 30A You Sun of a Beach!”

Always on the look-out for perfect little nests she can share with all of her friends, Pinkie had heard of a fabulous new possibility and was excited to check it out for herself. She was not disappointed and you will not be either...Nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, Redfish Circle is the place to be. The all-around newness and fresh appeal made this beach house at once inviting and Pinkie was immediately drawn to it. Recently completed and ready for Summer 2026, 106 Redfish Circle stands ready as your next vacation go to.

Cool coastal flooring sets the stage so the transitional style décor can do its thing throughout this 5-bedroom / 4-bath home. The sleek modern kitchen with Quartz counters and all new stainless appliances seemed to be just waiting for a gourmet chef to put it to the test. For a minute, Pinkie was tempted to whip up a quick shrimp scampi but decided to continue her tour instead. It was impossible not to notice the great flow in this stylish venue. The dining table could seat 8 plus 4 more at the counter. Images of fun dinner parties immediately began forming in Pinkie's head. True in keeping with an accommodating beach house style, an outdoor balcony housed a gas grill. This outdoor living extension adds great entertainment opportunities.

Pinkie felt right at home in the well-appointed King master bedroom on the third floor with adjacent double vanity bathroom, water closet and walk-in shower. She knew her guests would enjoy the 4 additional bedrooms. Finally, a bunk room with double Queen over Queen bunks on the first floor was spacious enough for the younger set. All in all, the variety of vignettes at Sun of a Beach was quite impressive and Pinkie felt any group of 16 would be more than comfortable here. Not to mention the 6 beach cruiser bikes and 6-seater golf cart to make getting around all a part of the fun.

Not often found in nature, a coastal lake affords untold opportunities for recreation along with bird-watching and wildlife-viewing. Paddleboard or canoe through nearby Big Redfish Lake and enjoy the quiet beauty of this peaceful setting. Hike or bike along the 19 miles of The Timpoochee Trail and top of your day with a double scoop of delicious ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery.
