106 is beautifully updated with crisp white shiplap and cool ocean blue pops of color. The bedroom features a king-size bed. Kids will love the cozy built-in hallway bunks. Relax or dine on the patio listening to the waves crash on the shore.

Commodore's Retreat offers easy access to all your favorite beach vacation activities. And, with the beach right out your back door, you can have your toes in the white sands at a moment's notice. Seagrove Beach
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road along 30A. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Nice relaxing get away

We enjoy this location as it’s a bit off the beaten track but close to everything . The property could use a little updating and clean up . The ac units in the garage are slightly & the piles of beach toys and chairs at the entry to boardwalk is a real eye sore and obstacle course to get by at times . Much of it looks like it’s been there for quite some time . Aside from that we had some internet issues on your last night prohibiting us from tv or laptop usage . The unit was perfect for us , clean and great view . Wish it had the rugs on the floor that were shown in the pictures but I think maybe they were pulled up due to being aged and worn . Hopefully they will replace soon .

Phenomenal Beachfront

We loved this place!! All the modern amenities. Decor was great, beds very comfortable. Directly on the beach. Watched dolphins swim in the ocean each morning. Lots of Restaurants and shopping near by. Only negative one comment - need to change area rugs. They Very dirty. Everything else was perfect!!!

The condo was great! Appreciated the extra storage! It is cozy but plenty of room for two adults and a kid or two. Love this location!! The sand and water doesn’t get any prettier than this!

While the location is ideal, the property is in need of upgrades. The rugs are very worn and appear dirty. The comforter on the bed was once pretty but now has tears in it. The pillows need replacing. The kitchen is somewhat under-equipped. It could be refreshed easily.

Great location, a little worn

The location was perfect, but the space felt a little worn. It clearly was renovated with newer finishes, but the area rugs looked dirty and fan in bathroom and vents needed to be cleaned. We didn’t have any extra toilet paper or paper towels and had to go out to get some and it would have been nice of beach towels were provided for the price we paid.

Beautiful Beach Front

Just as pretty as online photos- perfect location. Balcony was lovely- I would suggest the management trim the trees that are partially obstructing the view if sitting on sides of balcony . We centered the patio furniture so that we could see the beach better . Only unpleasant moment was when pest control knocked and used code to enter the condo while my wife was alone changing into her swimsuit and could not get to the door to say it wasn’t a good time . Awkward moment. Would have appreciated a phone call from property manager letting us know to expect pest control and avoiding a surprise unexpected opened door at the most inopportune moment.

Great view! Quiet area!

This condo was just as advertised. Beautiful view and quick, easy access to the white sand beach. King bed was super comfortable! Internet was not great (off several hours), but everything else was great!

Elevator out of order. We were told it would be fixed and it wasn’t. Difficulty getting luggage and groceries iup and down steps. We are senior citizens and we would never rent a condo without this amenity.

Not somewhere I would stay again

The condo was not clean at all and the bed and pillows were below par. There are very limited pots and pans. The air vents are covered in mold and mildew which in turn made all of us get stuffy and not feel well. In the 4 years we have been to CR in Sea Grove this condo was the worst

We thourghly enjoyed our stay. For the 3 of us it was perfect. We had direct access to the beach. Rooms were clean and had great views. We were close to locations in seaside.

Great location! Right on the beach.

The property is at a great location. Great beach access. By East Lake, which is a great place for kids to play. The Unit was very nice, comfortable and well-furnished. The pool was OK. Overall, a great experience.
