Built right on the sand in peaceful Dune Allen Beach, you’re never more than a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Coastal getaways don’t get much better than this!

Breen was built to take full advantage of the spectacular gulf views, so the living area has a wall of glass doors that look out over the waves and lead outside to the porch. A casual sofa and armchairs face a large HDTV, while the shiplap walls and nautical accents add a charming, rustic touch. This space is ideal for gathering the whole gang together for drinks before dinner, a family game night, or a cozy movie night in. There’s plenty of room for everyone to kick off their flip-flops and relax.

A farmhouse-style dining table leads into the large, open kitchen. Recently updated with crisp white cabinets and pristine white quartz countertops, this kitchen also has a convenient eat-in bar area with seating for three. All of the appliances and necessities are here, including a spacious refrigerator, a high-efficiency dishwasher, an electric range, and a microwave. There’s also a coffee maker and a toaster oven for no-hassle breakfasts.

The primary bedroom suite is a private oasis with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a glass door that takes you outside to the oceanfront deck. In the ensuite primary bathroom, there’s a dual vanity, plus a large soaking tub and a walk-in, glass-enclosed spa shower. A secondary suite also features a king-size bed, deck access, ocean views, and a full attached bathroom.

The third bedroom is a lovely guest room with a queen-size bed. The fourth and fifth bedroom also have a queen-size bed. Overall, Breen has comfortable, private sleeping space for up to 10 people.

The crown jewel of Breen is the gulf-front, screened-in deck space that occupies the entire back portion of the home. With plenty of lounge chairs and alfresco dining space, your family will spend most of their time here— relaxing with a morning mug of coffee, enjoying an afternoon snack in between beach trips, or getting lost in an exciting novel to the sound of the rolling waves in the background. Beautiful and refreshing sea breezes keep the porch comfortable, while an open landing has chairs for catching some rays. A few more steps down and your right on the beach!

Breen is located in the quiet west end of Scenic Highway 30A, yet is close to the exciting Gulf Place Town Center for dining, shopping, and entertainment including live music.
