Sip your coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, watch the amazing sunsets over the water, and walk to some of the best restaurants along 30A, including, The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, La Playa, The.Vue, Pizza By the Sea, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Growler's Garage, or shop at the plentiful boutiques in Gulf Place, Visit the Spa, or play golf at Santa Rosa Golf Club, all within walking distance! Gulf Place Amenities include 3 pools, tennis courts, dedicated beach access, shuffleboard board and more! You will never want to leave!

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Coats Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. Please refer to the attached photos for guidelines on using each beach.

For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

Gorgeous 3rd Floor Condo

This property is on the end unit with 3 balconies. The views are gorgeous. Very clean and well stocked. I had a few questions and the host was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to add a long mirror behind a door or on a wall. Us ladies like to see how we look! The condo was lovely and I’d book again!

Perfect location

We were attending a wedding and the condo was a perfect fit for us. Everything was as posted on the description. It was just what we needed for the 2 of us. Everything was in walking distance for us as well. Highly recommend.

First impressions!

Place is better than others we've stayed at. That being said there were so issues with the cleanliness of the unit. Besides dinging food and gum wrapper on the kitchen floor THERE WAS A NASTY SUBSTANCE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TOILET BOWL. Terrible first and lasting impression. I have photos if you like for reference.

Great place to stay, very clean, well stocked, great location, host was great to communicate with our code didn’t work upon arrival she answered immediately and got us a new code working seconds. Only complaint I would have is the air units to the building are very noisy of a night time. They didn’t bother my husband but as a light sleeper they were a tad annoying most night , but over all we would stay here again

Perfect for two!

Great location! We parked our car when we arrived and didn't get back in it until we left. Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Such a nice, comfortable condo with everything we needed. Just right for our first 'empty nest' trip to the beach.

Perfect for Couples/Be Better VRBO

This is a great property with ocean views. Decorated very nice. Location is a 10. The only problem we had was VRBO did not send the code to get into property. Luckily the property host answered our call and promptly fixed the problem. Be better VRBO. With such a late check in at 4 pm this could have been a disastrous

Quick Getaway

My husband and I booked a quick getaway, and this condo was perfect!! Wonderful communication and easy check in and condo access. Amazing location right across from the beach, and close to several restaurant choices. Property was just as described, beautiful, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed! A perfect week

My wife and I had a relaxing week in the cozy Fanta Sea on 30A. Great location to relax on the deck with a great view of the Gulf and an easy walk to shops and great restaurants. Already signed up for two weeks next year.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect space for a long weekend getaway. Fantastic location - proximity to beach and close to shops and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for. Would be a tight space for two couples, but would easily fit a young family of 3 or 4. Ideal for a couple. Check in directions were easy. Make sure to read the binder upon arrival for updated codes for pool and beach access (differed from email instructions). Parking was readily available. And renting beach chairs was very easy and affordable. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun pre vacation, vacation before we checked into our sat to sat condo. Good spot. A little tight for a family of four with the kids on the pull out couch but otherwise a nice place in a good location.

Almost perfect!

Aside from the door code not working, check in was flawless. One snag to the condo was the fact that something was wrong with the electric on one side causing the TV, router, and some lights to not work. Zach was responsive; apparently maintenance was not, so my husband ended up investigating and fixing some loose breakers in the main board himself. Living room furniture needs updating. Otherwise, the space is perfect for a couple. View is beautiful. Location is great. Private beach access right across the street. Don't make the same mistake we almost did in thinking you have to go to the public beach access! We would definitely stay here again.
