Gulf View - Steps away from beach entrance, heated pool and spa all year long.

Floplife - Relax with the whole family at my peaceful place. .Flip flops and sandy toes, sunsets and bbq's. When you walk in, Coastal Style with new comfy couch that will make you feel welcome, cool and invited. This area is one of the nicest and best kept secret. stretches beach on the Emerald Coast. End unit has one of the largest, wrap around balconies, seating for 8, tall Adirondacks and a gulf view. There is a heated pool and spa(open all year round), cabana, bbq pits and you are steps from the beach. Around the corner is a public boat dock where you can fish on the Eastern lake.

The Space
It has been updated to the most current style and design that is so popular in the region. It is referred to as "Coastal". Light and fresh, be one of the first to enjoy your vacation in this wonderful, modern and amenity rich unit. The triple bunks can accommodate up to 3 children . also have a full size bed and a queen size bed making sleeping for 2 couple very comfortable.

Guest access
Included in the unit is access to the elevator, covered parking, BBQ pits and beach. You can rent bikes and chair service, but not needed as the beach is steps away and I do my best to provide chairs and an umbrella

Other things to note
Hello and thank you for staying with us. I know some of you are returning and have your favorites. For some of you, this is a new experience. I want you to know we stay on top of changes and latest additions. Some of this comes from our stays and some from guests feedback. So, the following is a compilation of recommendations. Encourage you to search for best pricing as some weeks a particular company may be experiencing low volume and therefore will be discounting rentals and/or services. For bike rentals we recommend 30A Bike Rentals.

Remember, we have plenty of chairs on the balcony, and I try to keep one umbrella and beach toys Please feel free to use what is on the deck and would ask you to return it for the next guests

Beach towels are also NOT included. Please do not Use the interior bath towels on the beach/pool. This may result in additional charges.

Sights

Seaside is the original. It is a 2.5 mile ride and traverses some wonderful sights as well as gives a quick overview of the area. Easy to bike on the bike trail. Love Rosemary beach, they have a wonderful farmers market on Sunday morning and a great breakfast place the Donut Hoke. Alys beach is a picturesque (the Santorini like place)

Amazing Restaurants galore to enjoy around and Alley's and Barefoot BBQ, Heavenly Ice Cream is a must. Donut Hut, is a local favorite for coffee and donuts. The Old Florida Fish House, it is at the end of our street, has live music, great food and great coffee along and free ambiance. Try their fancy coffee in the morning and great sushi in the evening

There is so much more, ride through Watercolor. All the boutiques nearby makeit a great girls trip. Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary Beach and the Sugar Shack for the kids, plan it and do it.. or just chill. It Cannot be done in one trip, so please enjoy, relax and come see us again!

This condo is incredibly dingy and felt like a college dorm. The property is poorly maintained and the owner takes zero responsibility in the lack of maintenance.When reported, the owner was quick to divert blame on me for not requesting the property be cleaned again during stay, even though cleanliness was not our primary complaint. We did however have black feet/socks from walking around the condo.The front door required force and multiple attempts to secure. The door frame had been damaged prior (appeared kicked in at some point) and never closed. The walls had been repeatedly patched but not painted - despite several other holes not patched. The screen on the back sliding door was off the hinges and leaning against the exterior wall.The build up on the tile in the main bedroom (floors and trim) was so bad we opted to only use the hall bathroom. The cart mentioned in the listing was in disrepair and the chairs were covered in mildew. We had to rent a beach set up because these items were not usable. The owner admitted to knowing of these issues prior to our arrival, but planned on taking care of it during the off season. We scheduled this booking only a few weeks in advance, the owner could have blocked their calendar off during when we stayed to fix the problems as they were not something that a reputable host would just put off. Their excuse for deferring maintenance was that they recently replaced the AC at a “great expense.” We ultimately left early.

First time visitor

The place was nice overall and in a very convenient location, which made getting around easy. The living and dining room furniture looked newer, which gave those areas a fresh feel, and the beds were comfortable as well. The space was a bit smaller than I expected based on the photos, and it felt a little more lived-in than I had anticipated. That said, the host was very communicative and easy to reach, which I really appreciated.

Great vacation

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The host was easy to communicate with and the property had so many nice features. The condo was nicely decorated and kitchen well equiped. The pool area was awesome and the beach was just a short walk. The beach cart was really nice to have making it easy to haul beach chairs and umbrella. We made some great memories and will definitely book this condo again.

Great Location

Property was a very short walk to the beach and it was easy to rent chairs/umbrellas right at the public beach entrance. No fault to the owners but our upstairs neighbors were very loud during our stay and would even stomp so loud that it’d shake the ceiling lights. It wouldn’t deter from recommending the space or staying again.

Beach getaway

This property was perfect for our week long beach trip. Only a short walk to the beach and we very much enjoyed having the pool as well. Only a couple minor things. The place was overall clean except the floor was clearly only swept and not mopped. Also, the gazebo by the pool was great for shade by the pool, however, the deck was a little rough with nail heads sticking up, so be careful with bare feet.

Awesome location/pool

This location of this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk. Chair service wasn’t even necessary as I could set up the chairs provided when I woke up with a quick, relaxing, walk down to the beach and back. The pool here is absolutely beautiful. It is very well maintained, crystal clear, and clean. The condo had everything. The host was thoughtful in providing games, puzzles, enough products for the first day stay. Many suggestions were given for great places in the area which was great since we normally stay closer to Destin. We loved exploring the 30a area and will definitely be returning.

Great Beach Condo & Amazing Location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was even better than we expected, with a great view and a quick walk to the ocean front! Great location near beach

The location was great! We always want to stay a short walk to the beach if not on the beach. The size was perfect for our family of four. If our teenagers were much bigger the bunk beds may have been tight but it was a good fit for us. It was clean although we noticed the floor seemed like it could use a good mopping. My guess is the cleaning crew does a quick one over but it was a minor thing we noticed and didn't impact our overall stay. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as we prefer the beach but it looked very clean.
