Welcome to 'SheSalty' on Scenic 30a, with access to all the wide open beach you could want!

Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and expansive bar seating. The open floor plan has large living and dining areas, as well as, a new 65" smart TV. The spacious balcony offers plenty of outdoor seating and spectacular views – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage!

With only 10 units, Preserve Place offers convenient parking, fast elevators, and easy access. Amenities include deeded beach access with a newly refurbished private shaded boardwalk, 4 pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, and 2 pools!
The largest pool (western) is heated seasonally and located directly adjacent to the condo. The eastern pool is located on the opposite side of the community and directly across from the deeded beach access.

*Beach access: Preserve at Grayton Beach deeded beach access (a 10 min walk to the east) OR Blue Mountain public beach access (a 10 min walk to the west)

*Backpack chairs, a beach umbrella, an all-terrain beach wagon, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

*Within walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, For the Health of It Natural Food Store/ Juice & Smoothie Bar, Cowgirl Kitchen Cafe, and Redfish Taco (also featuring nightly live music!)

Awesome family vacay

The property was just as shown and the property owners were very responsive. The kids enjoyed the spacious porch and kitchen island. Very walkable distance to the Blue Mountain beach access point. The private beach access was very private, but if you have a large group and are in need of a close bathroom facility, then it may not be the best beach access. Pickleball courts and provided paddles were a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone with a medium to large group.

I really appreciated the communication from the hosts. Prior to our arrival, a detailed email was sent to me with the specifics of our stay. The place was just as described in the overview. We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Description of unit was accurate and the unit was very clean upon checkin. The only thing we noticed that wasn’t available was a wine corkscrew, but we bought one and left it for others to use. It also seems like the area where you can sit at the beach has shifted further down all the way to the state park area. Not a big deal, but we were told we had to move a couple times and it is a little bit of a hike. Finally, the shutters on the porch were very loud and tended to bang in the wind. We latched the ones for our unit but could hear other shutters banging next to us and below us. Overall, a great place to stay and my kids loved walking to get ice cream and smoothies!

Heaven for snowbirds

When we entered the condo we were amazed at how it was exactly as described. It was clean and bright with the sun shining in from a wall of windows. The bed is more comfortable than our bed at home and the furnishings are great as well. The expansive deck filled with morning sun was the best part. It is close to the bike path that runs along Hwy 30a with plenty of things to see along the way as well as bars, restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood is not overly populated which gave us a feeling of being at home instead of packed into a busy high rise. We loved our stay and would return again and again!

Excellent Condo

We absolutely loved the condo and amenities that came with it. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the check in process was very easy! We loved the bedrooms and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Having access to both of the neighborhood pools and tennis courts gave us plenty to do when we weren’t at the beach. The kids also loved the ice cream shop right down the street! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the beach!

Perfect stay in Blue Mountain

We always come to Blue Mountain. Can’t beat the beaches, lakes, and trails. This very clean and spacious property is in great location, with access to trails behind, tennis/pickleball courts, pool, and private beach access. Great kitchen to cook, big outdoor patio to hang around gas fire pit. Will stay again!

We loved all the space of having three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the large living area. The property was very clean. We had an issue with the door code and the code to the beach but it was quickly resolved. The outside space is noisier than I expected as it overlooks 30-A, but it was during spring break, so that may have been part of it. It is a long walk to the beach. If you have small children, you would definitely want a stroller or at least a wagon/cart to take all of your beach gear. We loved being able to walk to Grayton and Blue Mountain for food and drinks! Overall, it was a great trip!

Month Long Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable for our month long stay. The kitchen was adequately stocked with what we needed. The location is amazing, Blue Mountain Beach is fantastic. It was an easy half-mile walk to the beach. While the dedicated beach access was closed for construction, we had no issue going to the public access. We had a couple minor issues with the condo but they were addressed promptly. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great location and relaxing setting for the whole family!

It was great for everyone in our family to have their own room and bathroom. Privacy for the master bedroom was also perfect and the bathroom is huge. We enjoyed drinking coffee on our private balcony. There's an ice cream shop that's a short walk away as is Red Fish Taco. The private beach was just that, private and relaxing. We loved our stay and hope to visit again.

We loved our stay here. The walk to the beach is farther than you might think, but the parking lot next to the crosswalk/boardwalk is very convenient. Very clean and nice unit with plenty of room for a group.

Love everything. Good communication, very clean. Has all you need to relax and feel like home. Real quiet and close to the beach. The only small thing was the outside hall light that came in the two rooms at night time but after your deep sleep you won’t notice. đŸ€Ł

The property was clean and spacious. The pictures should be updated so that you are aware there is no beach views. The beach is a half mile walk. It’s wise to rent your beach gear at the beach. Because of the walk and all the beach rules regarding were you can set up your gears. There was damages to the property that we were not aware of until we arrived. Like a broken shower door and the nonfunctional master ceiling fan and the nonfunctional control knob for the fire pit. The management company was easy to access, kind and helpful. Despite these broken and nonfunctional issues we all had a great wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo

The condo itself was awesome. The walk to the beach was really long and then once you get there, you can't sit within 100 yards of the boardwalk because it's a private beach for the Sanctuary by the Sea. So in all, it took about 30 minutes to get settled on the beach. It's also very loud on 30A during spring break and our neighbors complained because we were playing Jazz at 8pm on the balcony. Plus side is great beds and bathrooms, very spacious and well laid out. Very nicely decorated. Awesome tennis courts and close to the pool.

Long walk to the beach

The positives of the property is that the condo itself is very clean and seemed newly renovated. The furnishings seemed very new and really good quality. The owners provided us with all the necessities that we needed and the appliances seemed new and was in perfect working order. There were only 3 people on our group but this unit could for so much more people comfortably. I wish I would have brought my tennis racquets because there was 2 tennis courts that was in really good condition for use
I found that well maintained tennis courts are hard to find in these types of rentals. The only negative about the property itself is that the patio furniture was not cleaned prior to our arrival and therefore was not usable for us. Also, the fan in the master bedroom had no separate control for the light so we couldn’t have the fan on at bedtime without the light being on. Finally the shower door at the master bedroom made a horrendously loud creeking noise. The biggest drawback to the property is that the walk to the beach was really long. The private beach access is all the way on the east end of the property without any parking for guests so you had to walk at least a quarter of a mile just to get to the gate and another lengthy boardwalk walk to the beach. Pretty tiring when you’re carrying beach equipment. You could drive to the public access beach at Blue Mountain but we found the beach to be excessively crowded and full parking lot.

This Blue Mountain Beach property was a lovely place to stay. We were there for a family girls' trip with mom, sisters, and nieces ranging in age from 11 to 80! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. A few of us walked to the beach (not mom) and it took us 10-15 minutes by the time we found a spot on the beach. Others drove and found parking on the street near the small beach parking lot. The walk is an easy walk with a large paved path next to the road. Bring your own beach towels and beach equipment. (There is an option to rent beach equipment.) Thanks for sharing your home!
