To the right, you'll discover a cozy living area equipped with a flat-screen TV, opening gracefully to a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, catering to all your culinary needs for memorable family dinners. Value in location

Seemed dated and somewhat in need of repair and cleanup. All dishes and utensils, taster and toaster oven had to be cleaned. Roaches were a daily battle. After unpacking and settling in, showered upstairs to find leak down to kitchen. Had to move and share bath. Plumber never called nor came to fix so we couldn’t use that bath or bedroom. The bathroom door would/could not close. The washer dryer set was so old and rusted, we had to be careful using as not to stain towels and clothes. When we went upstairs to tower to enjoy, we found work tools, paints cans and broken hammock on deck floor. They did come to fix that but later on day before we left. Christmas Daywas another exercise in washing by hand all the pots and pans we were using as well as knives, bowls and utensils. Window screen was off in back yard. All the wood flooring was marred and stained as I pointed out to representative that did come to check leak from shower to kitchen. Some of the vanity and shower fixtures upstairs and downstairs were loose and unsecured (also not caulked.). Several areas of ceilings were stained and or damaged as were vents rusted. Seemed a shame such a sweet home would be in this condition and rented at a premium price. I was told we would be credited the “fee” for inconvenience, but I’ve yet to hear from or see any credit. Hopefully, the owner coming in following our departure will attend to all the upkeep and exterminate.
