Located in the center of Seagrove, the Emerald Hill complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. On the south side of CR Hwy 30A, directly across from Seagrove Plaza, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this 36 unit complex offers affordability and comfort. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

This Gulf front community offers a large sunny pool. The private gated beach entrance is right on the property, which allows for swift access to the white sandy beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Problems

So the shower water pressure will blow off your skin,it's way to powerful. There are the huge cockroaches that inhabit the bushes right outside your door,they come into your room everytime you open the door. Great location, room needs to be updated. The picture lies for this particular room, the bedroom is stuck in the 70's and the mattress is completely shot. The only good part about this particular room is the pool right outside your door and the beach 50 yards away. I will not be staying at this location again

Nice time in late April/early May

This is a very nice set of condos. I thoroughly enjoyed the easy beach access. The condo was a good size for my husband, 9 yo son, and myself. It was nicely decorated also. My only complaint is the floor and rugs seemed sandy upon arrival and some areas seemed dusty which makes me question how well the cleaning service was sanitizing/cleaning. I would recommend this unit and would stay again.

Very happy experience.

Super clean and bright, as shown. Good solid furniture, comfortable bed and well supplied kitchen. Secluded patio facing the pool was a pleasant space to relax. When the thermostat seemed not to be working, Scotty, maintenance tech, made a special evening visit to get it fixed right away. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful, wide, clean beach, great for long walks. Terrific area shops, restaurants and oyster bars, some within walking distance. All around relaxing and great trip.

Perfect

The location was perfect for us. The condo was clean well decorated, , mattress and linens were very nice. We were steps from the pool . Please note there is only one company that provides beach services and they pick things up at 5 . That was the only complaint I had .. We wanted chairs there for sunset.

terrific proximity to the pool and beach

we liked having a 1st floor unit very close to the pool and beach. the complex was not that big and the beach wasn't too crowded. we rented beach chairs for the week which also made it very easy and worth the money. the unit is newly renovated but needs hooks for wet towels and more hangers -- there were only 2 hangers in the laundry closet. another dresser would have been a huge bonus too. the kitchen was small but well stocked to accommodate our cooking needs. be sure to bring trash bags, paper towels, dishwash detergent, laundry detergent and shampoo and soap as you are only given a very limited supply. overall a wonderful week! thank you!

Love the location/convenience to pool or beach. Property is small # of units and has private access to the beach making it easy to visit the beach and pool was never too crowded. Also walking distance to eateries and close to great restaurants and grocery store. Very prompt response when we couldn't get the TV input to signal to work. Couches are a bit dated and coach in den uncomfortable seating. Did not have hair dryer and I looked back at listing and it is NOT listed "so my bad" but most condos provide. We had a fabulous time and would stay here again.
