"For over 27 years, our family has been 'Making Memories' at this old beach house in Santa Rosa Beach. We are now ready to share our family’s beach house with you with the hope that you too can make some lifelong memories at our wonderful place at the beach!"

In 2020, this unique 3,200-square-foot home underwent a major refresh - 100% new carpet, paint, furniture, electronics, and so much more. Owners wanted to keep the house as is - a true and comfortable beach house to really enjoy and not some fancy place that you need to worry about as you walk about! It's all about having fun, relaxing, and spending time with family or friends or both. Though it’s also about having some "space" for time alone in the sprawling mostly first-floor living in this spacious house! And of course, this comes with a nice short walk to the beach via the beautiful Dune Lake Causeway walking bridge.

Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area - equipped with comfortable chairs, a large sectional, and a smart TV, this is the place to be if you are in need of some rest mixed with entertainment. Create everlasting memories gathered around the dining table while the chef prepares delicious culinary masterpieces. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials to prepare everything that comes to mind. Yes, even that recipe you have been looking forward to trying for a while! When mealtime is over, you can retreat to the screened porch to rest or play board games. From here you can easily access the deck, which is equipped with an outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco dining!

The true star of the home is the cheerful game room! You are welcome to add something fun to the wall/ceiling here. This can be anything that you would have on the wall in a "basement game room". A poster, banner, flag, or bumper stickers/car stickers - anything moderately tasteful and fun that represents you and your family. This space offers a full-size Ping-Pong table, a dartboard, a small basketball hoop, and plenty of entertaining games. The garage has many beach items that you are more than welcome to use and return. Beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, beach toys, floats, noodles, and more.

The loft area upstairs acts as a secluded sleeping and living nook with a comfortable bed, a large sectional in front of a smart TV, a dining table, a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, more board games, a private balcony, and en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located downstairs.
