The outside needs a little update, but the inside is pretty nice. I didn’t like the fact that there are 2 keys in a lock box instead of a keypad, because anyone could make a copy of the key and have access to the house. I was there with my 17 and 11 year old daughters by ourselves, so I was not comfortable with them staying in the front two rooms right by the front door which only had a deadbolt lock no handle lock, and it opened outwards so you couldn’t secure it. There are barely any bowls and plates, and no bowls to store food in if there are leftovers. There is also no toaster, so you can’t toast bread or make strudels or pop tarts for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! It says pet friendly, but there is no grass for your dog to use the restroom, and she doesn’t tell you ahead of time that your animal is not allowed on the couch or beds just as a heads up. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. There’s a little bit of a hill, but we walked to the beach every time.
