Welcome to Thyme to Unwind, a stunning home that is a short 2-3 minute stroll to the sugar white sands of Seagrove Beach. With seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, this residence is thoughtfully designed for multi-family stays, offering exceptional comfort, entertainment, and coastal luxury throughout.

This expansive home includes a complimentary six-seater golf cart, eight adult bikes, a private seasonally heated pool, a full game room, elevator access to every floor, and a top-level rooftop deck with breathtaking emerald coast views. Every detail has been selected to elevate your stay and give you the vacation you deserve. The home also provides daily complimentary beach setups, which include two chairs and one umbrella from March 1st - October 31st for additional chairs guests can contact the company provided in the guidebook upon check in. 6 additional beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take down to the beach during your stay. The home also provides all linens, including comforter covers, are fully laundered after every stay.

The First Floor features full-time entertainment and 2 King Guest Suites each with a private bathroom and shower. Guests are welcomed by a spacious living area with a large sectional and television. The game room includes shuffleboard, Guardians of the Galaxy and Star Wars Pinball Machines, and a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker and beverage refrigerator. If you want to transition from having fun to breaking a sweat, a complimentary Peloton Bike is also ready for you!

The Second Floor features the Main Living Level. The open concept living and dining spaces offer tremendous room for gathering, with an oversized sectional, plush seating, and a large dining table that seats more than fifteen guests. The gourmet kitchen includes high end stainless appliances, a generous center island, and exceptional design elements. This level includes two additional bedrooms, a King Suite with a private bathroom and a bunk room with two full over full bunks and a shared bathroom.

The Third Floor features a variety of bedroom layouts ideal for families and groups. A King Guest room shares a bathroom with the second living area, which includes a queen sleeper sofa. Another King Guest Suite offers a private bathroom with a glass front shower. The Primary Suite completes this floor, showcasing a luxurious King bed, a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and French doors opening to a private balcony with peaceful Gulf views.

The Fourth Floor features a true showstopper Rooftop Deck offering panoramic views of the emerald coastline. Enjoy morning coffee with ocean breezes, lounge with friends, or unwind with sunset cocktails in this unforgettable outdoor space.

Outdoor Living at it's finest with your own private pool area designed for relaxation and entertaining, complete with chaise lounges, a gas firepit, and a large gas grill. This inviting outdoor space offers the perfect backdrop for long sunny afternoons and memorable evenings.

A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool heat is not available May 1 - October 1.

Our stay at Thyme to Unwind was amazing. The home is very spacious and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well equipped with the best of appliances . The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The location only a few houses from beach access was perfect. Walking distance to seaside circle was a plus as well. Also our contact guy Alex was very helpful and accommodating.Highly recommend this home for large families. You won’t want to leave.

This is by far our favorite vacation rental in the Seaside area so far. Great location with easy access to the beach, Seaside and all the surrounding communities. The house had everything we needed and more. It was clean and ready for us even earlier than expected. Every room was beautiful and had comfortable beds so no one felt like they were getting "the kids room". Management responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Overall, so pleased and would definitely rent again.

The property itself was amazing, unfortunately we had several issues. 360 Blue had the nicest most professional people that came to the house to take care of the numerous issues. The unfortunate part was the time it took me away from our vacation to make calls and be available for workers.The location was perfect to the beach and Seaside. We had a wonderful week together.

Location was great

The location of this house is great. We had 4 teenagers with us and it was a perfect house. Everyone had their own space and with the master on the 3rd floor it was nice & quite. My only complaint was terrible water pressure and water would not get hot for a shower. And I wish there was a porch off the kitchen. When we grilled, we had to bring everything up and down the steps. But this is a beautiful home and great for a large family.

AMAZING House

This house was amazing. Everything was very clean & well taken care of. The large capacity refrigerator & double oven really made cooking for our adult crew of 10 easy. The extra ice machine was really nice to have. There were multiple sitting/gathering areas - a place to gather with people and also a place to chill by yourself for a bit. It is an easy walk to restaurants, food trucks & shopping. The beach access is even closer... it's hard to see, but once you find it, you can't miss it again! We have already had discussions about coming back to this house again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home and it exceeded all expectations. The home was incredibly spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. With a huge living room and multiple full-suite bedrooms, our three families never once felt crowded, and there was zero stress over who got which room; everyone had their own space to relax and unwind.The game area was a huge hit, especially the pinball machines, and we loved hosting movie nights together after full days at the beach. Having so many inviting gathering spaces made it easy to spend quality time together while still enjoying plenty of room to spread out. The private heated pool was another highlight and the golf cart made getting around a blast!We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone, not to mention the management company was first class in how they communicated and updated us throughout the process. It was refreshing as we've had bad experiences with other owners/management companies.This home was exactly the relaxing, memory-filled getaway we needed! Our only negative is that we could only stay for a short time this trip, but are already planning for a longer trip this Summer!

Best Rental Ever!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had 10 ladies for a company retreat, we had plenty of room. The property was extremely clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. This house would be perfect for multiple families, even families with kids. Everything was put together so well and so wonderful for entertaining and enjoying each other’s company. The location of the house couldn’t be more perfect, short bike ride or walk to Seaside square and other nearby attractions. The golf cart was so nice to have! We used it nonstop getting around the area. The bikes were nice and comfortable, we took advantage of those as well. Could not recommend this house more! 10/10! Highly recommend.

Location!

The house is perfect for our large family gathering. Plenty of room, plenty of beds, great layout, excellently appointed! Upscale kitchen and bathrooms. Porches to watch the sunset over the ocean. And the walk to the beach is barely a block long. This place is fantastic. My mom loved it, my wife loved it, all my daughters loved it, and so did i. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a Great time at this house. It was a group of six couples celebrating a 60th birthday. This was the perfect house for this group. Plenty of room for everyone to do what they would like and great space when we came together for dinners and games. 360 blue was great in our concierge Hope helped us with some special extras. Location was easy access to the beach and to Seaside and other areas. Highly recommend this home for a large group.

The purpose of our visit to Santa Rosa was our sons Wedding. The home provided enough room for our entire extended family of 12. Our favorite part of the rental was the large kitchen and game room. We would have loved to have spent a lot more time on the beach but that was not possible due to the red tide. The sunsets were beautiful and the local of the home was perfect.

House was outstanding…location, size, games…needs more cooking equipment (pans, spatulas, kitchen towels, etc). This house is enormous and has the best of the best yet you can’t utilize stove/grill because of lack of cooking equipment. I suppose we could be unusual and others call everything in and/or go out…🤷🏻‍♀️ So much fun and a kitchen and laundry room that dreams are made of! Thank you! 😊

Perfect property close to the beach and the food trucks in Seaside. Tons of room. Bathrooms well appointed. Largest 2nd floor gathering room I have ever seen. We had 19 people at dinner and seating and room for all! 4th floor observation deck perfect cocktail hour! Outdoor shower and pool used every day by all. Sonos throughout was great. Elevator for my 80 year Dad was fantastic! Just an awesome place!

January 2020 Stay

18 of us (4 generations) stayed for a 3-day weekend to celebrate my mom’s 80th. The house accommodated us perfectly for daytime games and hanging out, cooking, eating, and sleeping. Great views from the balconies. Plenty of parking. The location is great for walking and biking anywhere you want to go. The only slightly awkward space is one of the bunk rooms that is open to traffic off of the master and other bedrooms. We had single young adults sleeping there but kids would be fine. Elevator was great for aging parents. They used it every trip. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

December 2019 Stay

Amazing house. Everything was thought out in the design and furnishings. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. We had 3 families in our party, 13 people and more than enough space. Truly loved it here. Highly recommend and will definitely choose this house again. If I could make one suggestion only...for future improvement... house was impeccable except all the showers all had orange and black mold in corners and along the floor edges. For a new and beautiful home, I do believe this should be addressed with housekeeping and fixed. Thank you! Can’t wait until next thyme ;)

This was a great place to entertain. The common rooms are large and comfortable and everyone has their own master suite. Will rent this one again.

Great house, great amenities, great location, great memories made over a long rainy weekend. House was central to the success and pleasure of the trip. 10 guys on an annual college reunion trip (started in 1986). We will be back!

We had such an amazing experience at the house. There were no amenities we didn’t have. Typically you’d want to be out and about on vacation but we had no problem just staying at the house sometimes all hanging out as a group!!
