Ocean Air Lower West Private Beach Unit on 30A (BEACHFRONT)

Summary:

Ocean Air is a beachfront duplex divided into 4 units. Each unit has a panoramic view of the beach with a private beachfront deck.  Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and has two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms all of which are completely private.  The units have a Lovesac sectional that functions as a sleeper and a large Lovesac beanbag that can easily sleep one. All the units are connected through an interior stairway, making multiple unit rentals perfect for family reunions and weddings. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic.  The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.



The most prominent feature of this location is the private beach.  Ocean Air 30A boasts of 70’ of private beach, giving each beach chair set a direct ocean view without outside interference. Each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella with the Ocean Air-logo.  Additional chair sets are available for an additional fee.



Off the main living area of each unit is a private beachfront covered deck. The Trex cocktail tables and chairs are perfect for having lunch overlooking the sand or for evening cocktails. Each deck connects to the private beach walkover. The walkover includes two large reading nooks overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.  Evening sunsets are spectacular from this perch, as are the morning sunrises.  Many beautiful beach photographs have been taken from there. Weekly rentals include use of our paddle boards and kayaks, and brand new beach bicycles (first come first served). Gas grills are also provided in the front of the house.



Our extra-large parking area affords our renters with a minimum of two parking spaces each.



Dogs and Cats are accepted with an additional $200 cleaning fee and must be disclosed prior to arrival.

Nothing beats the Stunning views and direct access to beach just steps away!One note - If you have axlower unit, the floors are pretty thin. Upstairs people had a dog that would start running around very early, 5am, in the morning. So it made it very hard to sleep

What we loved was the direct access to the beach and the dog friendly atmosphere. The host was absolutely wonderful! House was spotless, beds comfortably and a great lower patio for sunset cocktails! We were on lower level of the house and you can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes. So I would strongly recommend the second floor over the first floor.

Great stay!

We stay frequently on 30A and this was one of the best if not the best place we have visited. We had our dogs with us and were bummed to find out they couldn’t be with us on the beach without a resident permit but it worked out perfectly with the large deck being their favorite spot to hang out. Walks weren’t a problem, the home is surrounded with great dog friendly paths. There are stairs down to the beach, but everything was exactly as listed or shown in the pictures. Zac was kind and responsive to help us with questions. We would absolutely stay again! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent location! Private beach!! Private parking. EV Charger!! Close to food and shopping!

Everything was fantastic!! Lots of parking available! EV charger on site! Beach out of your back window! Back deck and walk down the steps to the beautiful sand! Chairs and Umbrella set up everyday right in front of the house! Best part, Private beach so all of the crowding is way to your left. House was great and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and couch. 2 king beds, a couch and a lovesac. We asked for an inflatable mattress for more bed space. No carpet so we weren't too worried having our dogs. Everything was great, freshly remodeled! Fixtures, doorknobs, everything was new! We used their bikes too! They had male and female beach cruisers plus a 20inch bike that my 8 year old rode. Again everything was excellent! We'll be back!

We Have Found our Winter Getaway!

Everything about our stay was extraordinary. The hosts were so kind to us, the place was clean & comfortable and the location was everything we were looking for. The private beach really does make a difference. And I have to say, the amenities, including the kitchen supplies, equipment, sheets and towels were top of the line. See you guys again soon.

Fabulous Beach stay

Amazing beachfront location for Christmas with adult children. So many holiday activities within short driving distance. Chairs and umbrellas set up on the sand daily for relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy when needed. We needed to bring our own games/puzzles for the rainy day but smart tvs gave us plenty to watch.

Amazing Stay

I enjoyed my stay here! The staff is so accommodating and they really care about their guests experiences. Everything was very clean when we checked in. Although they were doing some work on the exterior of the building, we were not disturbed at any point of our stay. It’s a very nice property and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Check in and check out was simple, the view was amazing from our unit, the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed, very close to restaurants nearby, they also have beach chairs set up daily for guests which is included! Also- there is plenty of patio furniture to enjoy time overlooking the beach while having dinner or just hanging out.

We'll be back!

We loved everything about this condo. Great location, modern decor, wonderful outdoor spaces for enjoying the view. My husband and kids had so much fun with the stand-up paddle boards and kayaks too. Easy parking, easy to load and unload, easy check-in/check-out. We've been coming to this area for years and this is our new favorite place to stay.

Sand at your feet with all the amenities!

Chivas Bluff is a beautiful, newly renovated property with four great rentals—all with beach and sunset views. The hosts were helpful, friendly and delightful in every way. Bikes, paddle boards and beach chairs set up daily were a luxury perk that set them apart from the usual home rentals. But of course nothing beats being able to walk a few steps to the beach with your coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped. We were there for a holiday and had everything we needed. Bean bag for lounging, outdoor seating, and some coffee pods to get us started were all great and welcome touches! We’ll be back!!!
