Welcome to "Off The Hook," a brand new luxury beach home located in the Gulf Landing neighborhood of Santa Rosa Beach. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property features a private pool that can be heated for a nominal fee during the off-season. You'll find everything you need for a fantastic vacation just a 5-minute walk away, including the beach, local restaurants serving great seafood and offering live music, shopping, and ice cream.

"Off The Hook" boasts beautiful coastal chic decor with custom furniture throughout. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The large breakfast bar comfortably seats 5 and opens up to the expansive living and dining area, creating a wonderful space for gathering with family and friends. The dining table accommodates 8 guests, while the beautifully decorated living room offers cozy and comfortable seating for relaxing get-togethers.

On the main level, you'll find a luxurious king master suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a beautiful walk-in shower, double sinks with granite countertops, and a spacious walk-in closet. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms. The first queen bedroom has a private bath and a covered balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Great Relaxing Stay

House was great, AC cold, we called for services because the pool was cloudy and they came the same day to resolve the issue. Our only complaint was the floor was pretty dirty, it seemed like it was not mopped and only vacuumed, I wish you guys would leave some swifter pads or cleaning supplies so we could clean it ourselves. Other than that our stay was amazing, it was close to beach and very quiet!

Moms get away

I came down for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation with 6 other moms and this place delivered! The house was better than pictured! The decor was perfectly decorated with fun coastal accessories. The pool was clean and shaded morning and late afternoon. It was the perfect break from the beach. The beach was a short walk from the property and very easy to navigate. I would recommend renting a golf cart from the stand right on the corner of Satinwood/ 30A. We did not have one and did make it work, but a golf cart would have made the experience just a little more fun! We would love to rent this house for a future vacation!

House location is great. If you need anything like asking for the dirty pool to be cleaned or simply letting them know about some things within the house after your stay, you will be greeted with a condescending ChatGPT response. Will not rent through Coastal Dreamin again.

Coastal Dreaming was great to work with. Off the Hook was not as described. The home looks nothing like the pictures. The location was great but the home was uncomfortable. The beds were horrible. The home is so small compared to what the pictures show. I would not stay here again.

5 stars for service, 4 for the property

Management company is completely on top of things. Prompt communication, easy check in/out process, and when I contacted them about minor issues, they had the maintenance guy show up and fix things immediately. The reason I'm reluctant to give 5 stars for the property has to do with some shortcomings that are more on the owner, not the Management company: bottom step on the back door stairs is wobbly (wood seems rotten) and could present a hazard. One of the pool chairs is broken and rusted. Why not just throw it away (some of that rust can wash into the pool and cause more expensive damage). Invest in a proper grill. Nobody has time to let the charcoal burn for an hour until ready to grill (and have to go buy that charcoal first). Then have to do all the cleaning afterwards. Not to speak of potentially having ash and coal all over the pool area. Gas grills so much easier, practical for renters. Inside was nice, the fact that it has a separate office upstairs, big plus for remote working. Wifi and TV great. But kitchen needs a bit of work in terms of pots and pans (limited and dated) and the oven door does not properly close (meaning the smell is all over the house!). I realize these are minor, for the most part, but they add up. I won't take much to fix, but would bring it closer to 5 stars!

Wow! This place is amazing!

This is the most amazing place to stay at and only a few hundreds yards to the beach!!! I don't think anyone can find a better place than this perfect beautiful home nicely decorated as sooo close to the beach! My kids absolutely love the pool especially after we left the beach.
