Ocho Cinco is a beautiful, upscale home just 528 feet from the San Juan Beach Access. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Ocho Cinco was built in 2018, will sleep up to 12 guests and offers 3,612sf of indoor and outdoor porch living (2,876 interior sf). Private heated 10x20 pool (saltwater - heating fee applies). Designed for multi-families with room to spread out, Ocho Cinco is an amazing vacation home you need to experience! Easy walk to beach, quiet neighborhood street, fenced yard, modern design...still feels and looks brand new!

After a day of playing on the beach, or lounging poolside, why not utilize your Beach Gear credit to rent a bike and enjoy a leisurely, 1.5-mile ride along the Timpoochee Trail into Seaside. Here enjoy the delectable delights along Air Stream Row, sunset cocktails overlooking the beach at Bud and Alleys, a free concert or movie at the Amphitheater, exploring the neighborhood architecture, and shopping for local sundries in one of the quaint boutiques and art galleries along the Town Center and Ruskin Place.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.

Beautiful and well-stocked

Everything was as good or better than in photos. The kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at a rental. House is half a block from beach. In the other direction the street dead ends so very little traffic. At the end of those 4 blocks there’s a foot/bike trail through the scrub. Minutes from seaside. Pool is small but well-kept and perfect!

Absolutely perfect

We have absolutely no complaints about this beautiful vacation home. The house is massive and accommodated our extended family well. There are huge vaulted ceilings that make the house feel even bigger. Everyone felt like they had their own private space which makes it feel like a true vacation. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom which was huge and we were able to put our 9 month old daughter in a "mini crib" rented from Beach Baby Crib Rentals, in the master closet for quiet sleeping separate from my husband and I. They also had a pack n play as well. The master bathroom was massive. and you could have put a full size crib in there easily. The deck and pool were wonderful. We went in May and we were glad to have the heating feature in the pool although we wish it was not so expensive. The pool is in the shade in the morning and late afternoon which was awesome because that was when our kids were using the pool most (they nap in the afternoon). Easy walk to the beach, maybe 200 steps. Crosswalk was safe crossing 30A. You could technically walk to town as it was a little more than a mile, but we opted to drive because we had little kids. Beds were comfortable. Also the credit to rent beach gear was wonderful and so easy. We rented a beach buggy to carry everything to the beach as well as chairs and an umbrella. We brought a canopy from home. Publix very close. Walmart 20 min away Our stay was perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely perfect!

Ocho Cinco lived up to all that was promised. We stayed there with two families - four adults and seven children - and we had more than enough space. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. Stocked with everything you need! The location to the beach is so convenient. Just a short walk down the street and across 30A. We did rent golf carts which helped to bring all the equipment down every morning and there was always adequate parking rate at the public access. We enjoyed driving into Seaside and visiting Seagrove. It was hard to get the kids out of the heated pool every day too. The property managers were great communicators and very attentive and friend. Beyond amazing vacation! We will be back!

Family Vacation at Ocho Cinco

This was the first time taking the entire family to Seagrove Beach. The reservation and check-in process was very easy and when I did have questions the property management team was quick to respond. The house comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 children. The downstairs living area was great for the kids to play and run around. The upstairs master bedroom had plenty of space for a pack-n-play where our 18 month old could sleep. On the days where it rained off and on it was great to have the pool as an option for the day. Quick in and out if a storm rolled in. The proximity to beach access was great with a VERY short walk across the street. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible with a short drive and the kitchen was well-stocked for days we wanted to stay in and cook. I would definitely stay here again when traveling with family.

Top-Notch Across the Board

Have stayed in multiple vacation homes along the 30a and this was our favorite so far! Comfortably fit a group of 8 including 3 kids with room to spare. Modern, freshly remodeled house with a decent sized pool in the back that the kids loved. About a 3-4 min walk to the beach, super easy access. Have zero complaints!

Ocho Cinco was the perfect rental for our family vacation. The house was fantastic and very clean. Our family enjoyed splitting time between the beach and the private pool. The 30A staff is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Forever memories!

First off, the house is large and located in a beautiful area. There was a total of two families with 12 people total and we all fit very comfortably . The proximity to the beach access is perfect. The water is crystal clear and oh so beautiful. They have a perfect size cooler that you can take to the beach daily, so don’t bring yours 🙂. The pool was great for an after the beach dip. The outdoor shower was nice with kids and also to wash off all the sand after the beach. We did use our credit for our beach rentals and the chairs and umbrellas were great. There’s a publix grocery store really close to the house with a liquor store right next-door. The neighborhood is super close to seaside and watercolor- venture out as the whole area in 30a is gorgeous! We will be back to Ocho Cinco for sure.

Clean, well kept house. Easy and short walk to access beach

This house was wonderful for our trip to Florida. It had new pots and pans. We like to cook so this was important to us. There was plenty of cups and glasses for us to use. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. The TVs are smart TVs so they have Netflix. One thing to watch for is the sliding doors are hard to close/open and one did come off the rails and almost fell on us. We put it back on but it comes off quite easily. The walk was very short to the beach, maybe 1 minute? One thing to keep in mind is that a double red flag means "do not get in the water". I was out with a boogie board enjoying the waves and a police officer called me out of the water and said he would have given me a ticket if he wasn't out of them.

Amazing house and property management

This house is so beautiful and perfect distance from the beach. But what really made it even better was the kind and attentive staff that manages the property. They were on the spot anytime we needed anything. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The house is bigger and more beautiful than the photos show. It was the perfect size and layout for our three families. The house/kitchen is well stocked with everything needed and more! The house was a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Seaside. The only downside is that the management office was closed on Sundays and this year the weather was unseasonably cold and we couldn’t get the pool heated in a timely manner. It was also a bit disappointing to have to pay extra to have the pool heated so it could be used. Other than that, the house and locstion were wonderful.

Amazing home away from home at the beach

To start, the house is even bigger and better appointed than it appears in photos. The rooms are large and airy, clean, tastefully decorated, but not to the point where I was afraid to let our young children play. The owners thought of every detail to make our trip as easy as possible - from the well stocked kitchen to baby gates to toys and games. Four different households came on the trip and everyone had their own space, bathroom, large closets and plenty of room to gather in the main living area. The house is in an easy walk to the beach and close to local restaurants. We had a couple of days of double red flags on the beach, so the pool was wonderful. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had 17 people staying and were a little nervous if there would be enough room for everyone, but the house had plenty of room! It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! We would love to come back and do it all again!!
