Awesome family vacation

The property had everything needed for a memorial family vacation. The big pool was definitely a big hit for the grandkids! Getting around on the bikes and golf cart just added to the whole experience.

Quick walk to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. The house was a nice size for 9 people. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a quick walk to the beach. The house has plenty of beach chairs and beach towels which was awesome!

Both the property owner and manager were easy to communicate with and so helpful. The property is in a great location, close to the beach and to Destin. The home was exactly like in the pictures and we all had a comfortable stay. All of the kids ranging from 5-17 had a great time! We would definitely stay here again in the future

Vacay at Serenity Now @ Blue Mountain Beach

Wow! This property was phenomenal! It met the needs of all our family ranging in age from 70 to 14 months. The pool worked out great and the Blue Mountain Creamery and Bakery were so close....as well as Red Fish Taco. The walk to the beach was quick and we had a great time staying here! We'd love to go back to this home!

Great house with a great pool area. Perfect for our family of five looking for a last minute get-a-way. Wanted somewhere quieter than Seaside. Perfect area for biking. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and Todd, the property manager, was excellent. Would recommend.

Serenity at its best

We had a great time especially having all three grandchildren together for the week. Access to the beach was easy and the private pool was perfect. Plenty of room in the house for all 11 of us and the large family room / kitchen area made family time enjoyable and special. The property was clean and the property manager was available via test message.

Wonderful Property!

This house was gorgeous from the moment we pulled up. We arrived two hours before originally allowed in, but the concierge allowed us to enter an hour early. The house was big enough for our group of 6 adults, including the living room that fit us all comfortably! The owner was very accommodating to our group and made sure our trip went smoothly. There was a large pool outside as well with a grill, which made nights after the beach fun and relaxing. Overall, the trip was fantastic and I will be booking this house again!

Great Spring Break

Wonderful return to Santa Rosa Beach after a few years away!! Property management was very accommodating as we had a non-traditional Wednesday to Wednesday rental period. The house was awesome. Great location to food, shops and of course, the beach. Tons of room to comfortably fit two families. The outdoor pool and hard scape area is huge and everyone enjoyed our time outside. Our manager contact was super communicative and answered our every question quickly. We would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation stay.

Lots of fun!

This rental has lots to offer. We loved the location, ping pong table, large living room and dining area, and outdoor area. The pool is large, but yellow inside and needs a good scrub. The pots, pans, knives, blender (no glass pitcher), ice maker, etc... all need attention/replacing ASAP. Also the dryer does not work properly. The master bed is also very squeaky. We did have a fun week and enjoyed our vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Now. Corinna and Todd were easy to work with. The house was very spacious and we also loved the high ceilings and all the decks! The beds were comfortable. The pool was also plenty big for the kids to play in and even for all nine of us to enjoy. The kitchen had a nice Ninja coffee machine and blender. Door code and locks worked for us! I enjoyed the proximity to Blue Mountain Beach access and to Blue Mountian Beach Creamery. I liked that we weren’t in the crazy-busy towns of Watercolor and Seaside but close enough (about 10 minutes) to visit there a couple times. A couple of good coffee shops were close enough - we even rode bikes to one of them a couple times.

Great stay at a great location!!

We loved the location of this property!! Easy walk to the beach, Blue Mountain Bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen (which we loved!), and a cute beach shop! The house was clean and a great size for our group of 12! It could have been a bit better stocked (more plastic kitchen items for use by pool, etc) but overall had what we needed. There were some issues with the pool and fire pit, but these were very quickly addressed by Eileen, the property manager, who was incredibly responsive! It would be nice if beach and house towels could be coordinated/managed so guests don’t have to worry about washing, but this wasn’t a big deal. Also, the cleaning service arrived during our stay to drop off linens and towels for the next guests, which was a bit disruptive to our trip. It would be better if the company waited until our departure. Overall though, it was a beautiful home and we had the best time! Will definitely consider staying here again!!

Loved Blue Mountain Beach!

House was great with lots bedrooms and house very clean! A few issues we had were resolved promptly by property manager! Suggestions: need to provide more dish towels, fly swatter, and a rug where walk in house. Only disappointment was the landscaping around the pool, and the hot tub. A lot of large weeds in between the bricks around the pool that my husband had to pull and a lot of weeds in pine mulch. Looks like it hasn’t been touched in months. The hot tub was not working as it would leak out through a broken tile glass that actually was pretty dangerous.

Love the house, Love Blue Mountain Beach

We've stayed in that area before and while it's true it has gotten busier, it's still one of the less crowded gems of 30A, but still biking distance to the more touristy Santa Rosa Beach and Seaside. The house was great, spacious but still divided so that everyone had their privacy. A few bedroom balconies around the house make it even greater. The pool is big and fun for kids to play in all safety with the overlooking living room balcony. We had to reach out to Todd, the property manager, about the wifi and small things and he was extremely responsive, which made us feel a lot better about the rest of the trip. I would ignore earlier reviews on the management point as I believe the house is now well taken care of. A fee hundred feet from the beach (3mns walk)and a very quiet road to cross. We'll come back to BMB and we'll look for this house first.

Good but people showed up every day of our stay

The house was in a very nice area and was overall very clean. There were a few broken chairs on the patios that were not usable and a dirty cleaning rag left in one of the showers. The strangest part of the stay was that someone showed up unannounced daily. The first day it was a guy to clean the pool and then the pool could not be used for 30 minutes after he left. The second day another guy showed up mid-day to check something. On the last day, the owners showed up unannounced and looked around. We paid to rent the house and did not have complete privacy on any of the days we were there. Overall, the house was nice but boundaries need to be set with the owners/manager of the property.
