Because the weather was a bit cool, we spent some time streaming TV. The TV picture appeared to be distorted. We alerted mgmt. and they immediately brought over and installed a brand new (and larger) TV. This was above and beyond our expectations.

Stay went well, and location was great. We were pleasantly surprised that the community pools have a hot tub! Only issue was the management company. They make you sign a contract after booking. I emailed asking for clarification on the terms, but received no response. Not a good start... During our stay the WiFi was intermittently working, and TV had lines through it. We ended up watching movies using iPad and mobile hotspot. Not an issue, but the way the management company dealt this was disappointing. They were texting me to troubleshoot steps. At one point I'm thinking "Guys... I'm on vacation - I'm not troubleshooting your WiFi issues."I will definitely be coming back to the area, but if a reservation is managed by "modern beach vacation rentals" I will not be booking it.

Check in was easy, house was clean, this was a great spot for a short stay for my son and I! The private beach access was a definite plus, we got a great spot by the water every day we were there! Just a short walk from the beach too! Communication with the host was easy breezy!

The suite itself was very nice and comfortable, nice furnishings, the only issue was with the cleaning process, the toilet sits on a pad of some sort and it is torn and nasty. The shower had some mildew or mold around the base of the wall. Beach access is really easy. All in all I would stay here again. Just needs a little attention. Thanks

Great vacation in Santa Rosa

We will definitely be back! The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There could be clearer directions on parking (no pass needed but some signs say pass is needed) and we never figured out how to use the private beach access, but public is steps away so we never had issues. Property manager responded within seconds regarding parking question. We never felt the need to ask about the beach card because of the public access.
