ABOUT THE HOME: Sun Kissed is an elegantly designed coastal home in the heart of Gulf Place., This home is ideal for a multi-generational family or multi-family getaway on 30A, with four bedrooms, including one on the main floor. The open concept living space keeps everyone connected during family meals and tv time. But if you're in need of some quiet time, just head out back and relax in the outdoor chairs around the fire pit. Sun Kissed is conveniently located next to the community pool and there is a golf cart and bikes to explore 30A and Gulf Place and the Emerald Sea, less than a half mile to the beach.
ABOUT THE AREA: Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces, and park benches to sit and enjoy the views. This community features some of 30A's most popular restaurants, like Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Whether you are looking for an epic culinary experience, a fun feast for the whole family or just grab a quick bite to take to the beach, Gulf Place has it all.
BEACH ACCESS: Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is the closest beach to this property and it's less than a half mile away. It's ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just across the street from Gulf Place Town Center.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
