Great Location

Loved our stay here! Fantastic screened in back porch area. Excellent response and quickly resolved any issues or questions we had. Of note, listing says 4 bathrooms, but in reality it’s only a 3 bathroom house.

Beautiful house and neighborhood!

This house was beautiful, and huge. Could fit 5 couples and 6 kids and we all had our own room. The porch is probably best part of the house! Property manager was very responsive to all of my questions. The neighborhood pool is very nice, although some other members there were not very nice about us being renters despite how nice and clean we were at the pool. It is walkable to beach but don’t plan to take a lot of stuff with you as it is over a mile from house to beach. We definitely will be back. We were very pleased with everything!

Great place to stay!!

The home was very spacious. Each of our five families had plenty of space to hang together or in our own rooms. The added outdoor area was very nice and had an ice maker too. There was plenty of cookware, a nice blender for mixed beverages, an air fryer, a keurig. Host and property manager were very responsive! the home was very clean. the beach chairs were very nice with the shaded top (6 of those plus 2 other chairs). Plenty of beach towels. The pool was large (capacity 230) so never seemed crowded. Parking for our 3 cars and golf cart were at the house, the other parking at the pool was easy to find and not too far to walk. this home is in a gated community. the walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes, but it's a short drive. The beach is somewhat crowded, but we found it best for one of us to go down early - like 7amish to get a spot with a couple of chairs. also good quiet time for someone. :) I would definitely recommend this home and this host/property manager.
