WATERCOLOR home with 4 bedrooms and amenities, bikes and a golfcart included!!

Welcome to Southern Breeze, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with 2 primary king suites, both with ensuite bathrooms. Bring the whole family with the third bedroom also boasting 2 queen beds, a bunk room and a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area. Located in prestigious Watercolor, this home was recently decorated with light, airy and comfortable furnishings, and is a block from the Dragonfly Pool or a short bike or golf cart ride to the beach.

Up to 12 guests (and guests under age 2) staying at our home will have full access to all Watercolor amenities, including the Beach club and its 3 pools and beach, Camp Watercolor with its pools and a lazy river, the frog pool, the dragonfly pool and the pool by the boathouse. In addition to the beach in front of the Beach club, there is a public beach very close to our home that guests may choose to visit.

Our stay was SO wonderful! I love Watercolor and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host Angela was so accommodating and receptive. We had no issues with the house and it was beautiful, clean, and well stocked for our group. We will be back!

My favorite VRBO ever

This was the best location and the most beautiful house. The bikes were perfect for riding to seaside and the golf cart was amazing too. Absolutely gorgeous. We loved the porch swing.

Amazing Stay

We had the best vacation and the stay at this house was unmatched. Incredibly prompt communication, very clean and location was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable with 2 younger kids. We will 100% be back!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful four nights at this house. It was perfect for our group of nine—a clean, beautiful, and comfortable home. The owners were responsive and communicated well. The best part of the house was the golf cart/bikes that came with it—super convenient to already have the golf cart and bikes on property rather than have to go offsite to rent them. The location is perfect for a quiet area yet so close to all the action. Would highly recommend.
