Haven: Heated Pool & Hot Tub, Gigabit

This luxury home is perched among the trees with expansive views of wine country. Play on the enormous deck that includes outdoor dining, saltwater pool (gas heated all-year), 10 loungers, and the largest hot tub on the market. Relax in the social kitchen+dining room or large, bi-level living room. Incredible location: Safeway and many restaurants- 5 min, famous wineries in Healdsburg, Kenwood, Glen Ellen - 15-20 min, hiking/biking - 10 min. Everything for an unforgettable vacation!

Outside: Just outside the living room and kitchen is a huge, treehouse-like deck with a giant saltwater pool. This gas-heated pool is open year-round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming. Also on the deck is the Maxxus hot tub - the largest hot tub that Sundance makes! It easily accommodates 8 adults. There are also 10 pool loungers that surround the pool. Finally, dine among the treetops on the large outdoor dining table at the far end of the deck. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. The house is equipped with a 12 sets of of outdoor dishes (small and large plates, bowls), plastic glasses, and stainless steel insulated wine/cocktail glasses.

Haven's is an outstanding example of mid-century modern architecture from the 60's and 70's. Several improvements have been made on the original build to bring the home to our current standards. Installed in 2023, Haven has hardwood floors throughout the entire home. Two of the full bathrooms were also completely updated in 2023. The kitchen also boasts new appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, and double ovens.

Living Room: The living room is split into two levels. The upper level is open space for congregating with counter table and pub table. The lower area has two couches, comfy chairs, and a 75" TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video.

If you need to work, the home is professionally equipped with enterprise-grade Ubiquiti Unifi Gigabit wireless internet with a Xfinity 1.2GB data plan. It will handle as many devices as you're likely to throw at it, all at top speeds.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals. The dishwasher, double oven, and refrigerator have recently been replaced. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as a blender, toaster, and food processor. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses - all for 12 people. The large dining room table comfortably fits 10 people.

Sleeping Arrangements: There are 4 bedrooms with king beds. Two bedrooms are "primary" bedrooms that have private full bathrooms. Immediately to the left of the front entrance is a hallway with 3 king bedrooms. One of the primary bedrooms is located on this hallway. There is a second full hallway bathroom for the other two bedrooms. On the other side of this level is the second primary king bedroom with a full private bathroom. There is a fifth bedroom which has a daybed with two single beds. It can either be used as a bedroom or as an office (there is a desk). Note: to access this primary bedroom, one must walk through this office / 5th bedroom.

Parking is limited to 5 cars. Please park all vehicles in the driveway.

Guests have access to the entire home and grounds with the exception of the garage.
- Pool Hours are 8am - 9pm.
- Please let us know if you wish to invite additional day guests. With notice, we welcome up to 5 day visitors.
- Quiet hours are 9pm-8am per Santa Rosa City regulations. Outdoor areas are closed after 9pm.
- No amplified sound or outdoor music is allowed outside in Santa Rosa or Sonoma County vacation rentals.
- Parking is limited to 5 cars. Please park all vehicles in the driveway.
- Commercial Filming and Photography is allowed only under certain circumstances and with explicit contract with the host. Please reach out for more details.
- No glass on the pool deck.
- No glassware or indoor dishes are allowed outside. Outdoor dinnerware, cups, and cocktail/wine glasses are provided.
- No use of sidewalk chalk or water balloons please.
- Please do not use glitter or confetti, or attach decorations to the walls with tape.
