Very quaint. Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Loved this place and definitely would like to return. My only negative is that the w-fi was very spotty. Made it difficult to work.

The property is well maintained with a historic feel of a vintage bed and breakfast. The staff is professional and very friendly. They generously offered bottled water. The rooms are beautiful. The junior suite had a private balcony and a luxurious four poster bed with beautiful decorative pillows. We were on a week long road trip and had gotten accustomed to microwaves and refrigerators en suite. The staff was very accommodating of our needs though and provided a more than ample supply of ice for our cooler. Sometimes it's refreshing to leave the big box brands behind and enjoy genuine hospitality. 10 out of 10 for our stay!

We got one of the more dated rooms which I am personally not a fan of the "vintage" look. I have no complaints other than I prefer a more updated modern hotel.

Beautiful historic building with a newer addition across the street called The Carriage House. We stay in The Carriage House on the second floor. (FYI…There is no elevator in The Carriage House). Room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony that was perfect for sipping morning our coffee. The only thing missing from the room was a fridge. Besides that minor inconvenience, the property was well maintained and clean and the staff was friendly. Great restaurant in the building called Grossman’s Noshery and Bar. The cinnamon babka French toast was amazing. So was the pickle plate!

Hotel La Rose is worth every penny.

Hotel La Rose is a special gem in a great location. The property is quaint and cozy and the room was very large, so much space, cute balcony, and huge bathroom. The service was very friendly and helpful. Easy to park and walk around. Local coffee shop across the street and delicious restaurant at the hotel with cool outside area. Amazing value for the location and overall room and property. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was on the 4th floor. It had two teeny dormer windows you could not see out of. And the tiny drapes didn’t cover the windows letting light in at 5:30am. The room was dark and depressing, bed covering wasn’t as pictured for a historic king, dirty green carpet was stretched and rippled, I won’t be back. Simply awful.
