The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four gas rings, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also located on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there's another room with two beds and a separate shower and WC, as well as direct access to the garden and a roofed terrace.
