3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1 Office, Two Car Garage located in the new Valencia Park subdivision. Located just across the state line, just minutes from the West Side of El Paso and IH-10. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from West Towne Marketplace featuring ample dining, entertainment, and shopping. The property features an open concept layout, central air-conditioner and heating, tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The master bedroom plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers.

We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.



One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with closet, and bedroom three features one queen with closet. This property comfortably sleeps six people.

The property includes WiFi and smart TVs (have Amazon Prime, Netlfix, etc. capability) as well as an attached two car garage. The open living area features a 70" inch flat screen TV and a plush sofa. House was amazing. Very clean, very neat. Nice backyard. Backyard had pretty old dog poop that would have been nice to have it cleaned for the kids, but cleaning it ourselves was easy. Entrance to property was easy and well communicated. Microwave door handle broken off which made using it a bit difficult, but not the biggest deal. Overall great place to stay would highly recommend it!
