Welcome to this magnificent villa with private pool in Cala Llombards - SantanyĂ. It has capacity for 4 people.
After a day at the beach, you can cool off in the large chlorine pool that measures 6 x 4 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1 and 1.50 meters. The furnished porch will be your favourite place for lunch and dinner outside or to enjoy a drink in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The modern two-storey house offers everything you need for a comfy stay. From the pool you access a large space that brings together the living room, dining room and kitchen and which is equipped with AC, TV, dining table and ceramic hob. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor we have the two bedrooms with AC, a double bed and access to the terrace each. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. In the house you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
The property is located in the quiet area of ââCala Llombards, a short walk from its beautiful beach with golden sand and turquoise waters. Here you will find a grocery store and a bar, but for more services you can go to the nearby town of SantanyĂ. The area is full of beautiful coves such as Cala SantanyĂ or Cala MondragĂł.
