Holiday Home 'Casa La Mar' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Vacation home for 4 people with a beautiful terrace for barbecuing and only 5 minutes by car from Cala Santanyi.

This vacation home for 4 people is located "down town" Cala Figuera. In the 1960s/70s, this very pretty fishing village was a stronghold for young people on a budget. I googled it... here you can read all about what was there back then and what they experienced. Fun to read 😊.



The little house is located parallel to the promenade in the second line. This makes it easy to walk to the restaurants. In terms of layout, it is a typical Mallorcan house. The bedrooms are to the left and right of the entrance area. Behind them is a small bathroom and straight ahead is the living area with sitting area, flat screen TV and open kitchen. There is not much left of the layout when Maria, the owner, raised her three sons together with her husband Tomeu. Toni, the eldest son, is an architect. My guests who have fallen in love with Casita Els Sestadors will once again be amazed by this young man's creativity. The living area is open and bright with a staircase leading to the upper roof terrace. Especially in summer, however, you will spend most of your time on the large terrace, which is accessible at ground level. There is an awning over the large dining table with chairs, where you can enjoy a delicious cooked or grilled meal and breakfast. Casa LA MAR is licensed as a vacation home under the number Exp4930/2022.



The TV is a SMART TV that is connected to the WIFI. There is no Astra satellite in Casa La Mar. This means that you cannot watch German television. With the installed app you can access the ARD Mediathek.
