A quelques pas seulement de la jolie plage de Cala d’Or avec son sable fin et son eau turquoise. ProximitĂ© du centre du village avec son ambiance sympathique, ses commerces d'alimentation et autres, ses boutiques de mode et souvenirs, ses bars, ses restaurants... Une maison de rĂȘve.

Ma famille et moi mĂȘme avons passĂ©s un super sĂ©jours dans cette trĂšs agrĂ©able maison bien rĂ©novĂ©e, les pieds dans l'eau avec un trĂšs belle piscine et une plage de sable blanc dans une superbe cala a 3 mn a pieds de la maison. La maison est trĂšs confortable et typique de Majorque... Nous reviendrons avec Plaisir

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful villa in Cala D’Or (10th–17th October). The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and private, yet close to shops, restaurants, and the stunning beaches. The villa itself felt very authentic, with lovely Spanish charm, plenty of space inside and out, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Our host was brilliant — friendly, responsive, and nothing was ever a problem. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and dining on the terrace in the evenings. The only thing we’d change is that the pool isn’t heated, so it was a little chilly in October — but in the summer months, it would be perfect.Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back again!

This is our 3rd time staying in Cala D'or, all in different Villas. This one is our faveourite! The location of the villa is perfect, if you've not been before the town is split into areas, the restaurants in the marina and restaurants and shops in town - the villa is right in the middle of both. The villa itself is split over two levels. Through the main entrance you have the hallway which has the large main bedroom off it and then a separate entrance to the large lounge, dining area and outside upstairs terrace. The lounge area has lots of comfy seating and is perfect for relaxing.The kitchen is off the lounge and is very well equipped, we had no problem making breakfast and lunch each day for all 6 of us. There are two local supermarkets both in walking distance, we would recommend a small hire car though as it made getting heaving groceries like water & beer much easier. We had lunch every day out on the terrace which was well shaded and the view of boats constantly passing made it a great place to eat. Downstairs are 3 further bedrooms all with en-suites and air conditioning and a re a great size and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have AC which was brilliant. Outside the pool is lovely and a good temperature. Again there great views of the marina and lots of places to relax and sunbathe or rest in the shade. The host Valerie was constantly available both before and during our stay for any questions we had. It's a 10 out of 10 for us!

Property was what we hoped for and more. Everything that you need for a self sufficient stay. Loads of restaurants around the marina which is minutes away and a short walk into Cala dor, you really couldn’t ask for a better location. The local beach is also minutes away as well. Location, location, location............

Charming property in the old town with spectacular harbour views that oozes character. Superbly equipped kitchen opens to a large living/dining area which in turn opens out the specious outdoor/upper terrance. All bedrooms are a good size (and en-suite too) - nobody felt short changed. Truly ideal!

The location and property were perfect for our stay! The house is gorgeous and can properly accommodate 4 couples with their own space and bathrooms. Walk to town and Cala Petita so close. Cala D'or is also a great place to stay and explore many calas on the east coast, we were visiting for deep water soloing (climbing) and it was a great spot for this, especially being on the marina for our boat rental. Valerie was a great communicator and very accommodating. 100% would stay again!

Surpassed all expectations

Having stayed in Cala D’or for almost 20 years, this Villa has been the best I have stayed in. An Easy walk into town and right next to the marina and its bars and restaurants it was an excellent location. Overlooking the Marina from the pool some bedrooms and kitchen terrace was also lovely. Each room had an en-suite and air con which was great. Kitchen and living areas had everything you need. Valerie as a host was excellent, very quick with all replies and check in and out was super easy. Overall, couldn’t have asked for more and planning a return!

Traditional villa with a homely feel in a great location.

The villa location couldn’t have been better. Very close to the marina and central Cala dor, Cala petita beach was 5 mins walk away. The villa is traditional with some great features; for example the pool is lovely and has a great view, you couldn’t ask for a better kitchen. A home from home property. The owner was very attentive as were her garden and cleaning team.

Fabulous location

The location really is the main benefit of this villa. 5 min walk to the marina with the abundance of restaurants and bars and 5 mins into the local town with many amenities to hand. Was wonderful to watch all the boats bob by when in the pool/on the terrace. Lovely rustic style villa with a great outdoor kitchen which we utilised one night and had a BBQ. Excellent aircon in all the bedrooms and really spacious interior areas. Valerie was on hand to help over the phone very promptly following a query about the washing machine. All in all a really fantastic week - we love Cala d’Or! Thank you to Valerie :)

Wonderful villa

We have just got back from a great week staying at this beautiful traditional Spanish villa. We were on a family holiday, myself and my husband, my son and daughter and their partners and my parents. We have stayed in villas before in Cala d’Or but this was by far the best! There is a beautiful unrestricted view over the marina so we could watch the boats come in and out while we sat by the pool. The layout was superb, lots of interesting outdoor areas, ensuites in each bedroom. You just had to walk through the back gate down some steps onto the marina so no hills to climb! Well stocked supermarkets and the town were within an easy short walk. The location couldn't have been better! The photos don't do the villa justice. Our host, Valerie, was extremely helpful so made everything very easy. Already thinking of when to go next year.

Lovely stay in this rustic property with one of the best locations available. The property is all about the outdoor space, pool and balconies, incredible views over the marina and direct access to the water whcih we used a cheeky short cut to the Marina. Really reasonably priced too.

Family Hol Sept ‘22

Cala D’Or is our new favourite place with something for everyone. The location (and views from) of the villa is 5*. If you love boats it couldn’t be better. We were a group with 4 young adults and 2 not so young. Communicating with Valerie at the start of our booking confirmed that the location was good for everyone and that there were restaurants, shops, bars and beaches all within easy walking distance which was perfect for our mixed age group. It felt very safe to allow the older teens to go off and do their own thing. Valerie had also explained that the ‘works’ weren’t quite complete but as we didn’t have youngsters with us, the temporary doors and some incomplete yard/paths, wasn’t an issue. The villa is big and set over 2 main floors - 3 bedrooms (all en-suite) are downstairs and one is upstairs, also en-suite (parents with young children might feel a bit too far away from kids if they were in this one but great for the grand parents or like us, away from the teens). The showers were great. The new air-con in bedrooms is very efficient and the 3 big fans in the lounge area worked a treat. The kitchen felt very new with lots of crockery, utensils, pans etc. The pool, bbq area, balconies and location are the real stars of the show and the abundance of restaurants around the marina mean you could eat in a different place every night. There’s a small beach only a 5 min walk away and loads more restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes more away (just a note - the road outside the villa is short but quite steep) No 6 feels like a very traditional, homely villa with lots of quirky and antique decor but now with modern bits. Some of the reviews on here made us a bit wary but can honestly say, we loved it and can’t wait to go back! Valerie is super efficient responding to any queries and so helpful. ( I almost don’t want to write this as I’d really like to keep this place our own little secret 😜) Can’t wait to go back! D,T,L,G,LM & L Sept ‘22

The villa is in a beautiful location and has beautiful views. The pool area is stunning.

I would definitely stay at this villa again, plenty of space and beautiful views. The pool is very well looked after and the owners/manager were very helpful. The villa is in need of some refurbishment but apart from that it was ideal for a nice relaxing break.

Leider mĂŒsste man mal ein wenig in Renovierung investieren (TĂŒren/Fenster spießen und sind schwer zu öffnen / schließen; selbes gilt fĂŒr SchrĂ€nke; die Fließenböden sind teils kaputt und die Teppiche gehören weg; die Amaturen der SanitĂ€ranlagen sind schon mehr als renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, ebenso die KĂŒche,...). Auch hĂ€tte das Haus in einem besser geputzten Zustand sein können (mit Kakerlaken-Besuch ist zu rechnen, auch in totem Zustand unterm Bett oder in SchrĂ€nken). FĂŒr Familien mit Kleinkindern birgt da Haus auch einige Gefahren: neben Pool, was logisch ist, geht es an der kleinen ca. 30 cm hohen kleinen Mauer rund um den Pool richtig weit runter (2-3m); auch auf der Terrasse oben kann beim Erklimmen der Sitzbank ein Kind leicht auf die Terrasse unten stĂŒrzen (das könnte man eigentlich rel. einfach durch ein aufgelegtes Gitter verhindern). Auch sind die Steckdosen teils in einem fragwĂŒrdigen, sicher fĂŒr Kinder gefĂ€hrlichen Zustand. Achtung: Klimaanlage nur in einem Schlafzimmer (im ersten Stock)! Wir haben sie aber zum GlĂŒck gar nicht gebraucht. Mosquittonetze pro Zimmer bei zumindest einem Fenster wĂ€ren absolut sinnvoll, es gibt durchaus Gelsen. Dennoch, das Haus ist groß, gerĂ€umig und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

Loved it!

Great Location! Pool, floorplan, spacious Livingroom and kitchen, just a few minutes Walk to the closest beach. Beautiful view of all the boats passing by, breakfast at the terass 🙌. 4 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed every minute. We were missing AC on the lower floor were most of the bedrooms were, so a bit hard to sleep even tho we had fans. It is an old charming house that needs a good clean out. But we loved it and would stay there again. Cecilia & Jenny with families
