Beautiful detached villa (second line of the sea!) with a large plot (approx. 750m2) in Es Forti / Cala d'Or with sea view!
Bay with sea access directly opposite and to the romantic sandy beach Des Pou with chiringuito only 2 minutes on foot (honest distance!). Restaurants, supermarket, doctor etc. 4 minutes walk.
You can reach the stylish Marina Cala d'Or on foot in a relaxed 8-10 minutes.

The house has on the ground floor a large, open plan, fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear terrace with an electric grill and sitting area, perfect for a refreshing breakfast.
Spacious, very bright living room with dining area for 8 people and a cozy fireplace.
On this level you will find two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom, each very modern.

The external stairs lead to the separate apartment on the upper floor with bedroom, also with air-condition, bathroom and spacious kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. Spacious terraces, partially covered - enjoy the great view with an aperitif.

The living room on the ground floor opens to the chic covered outdoor seating area by the own illuminated pool (approx. 7 * 4m). On the terrace there is also a modern, luxurious dining area for 8 people. The gas grill with paella pan invites you to cook together.

The beautiful garden includes lawn and great plants, from beautiful Mallorcan palm trees to cactus beds.

Our house is spacious, bright and cozy in a relaxed beach house style. The equipment is complete with e.g. WIFI, TV, Apple_TV, SONOS Bluetooth speaker, grill, etc.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, you won't need a car! No matter whether sea bay in front of the house or beautiful sandy beach barely 200 steps away with a very nice beach bar. Many restaurants / bars / ice cream parlors, supermarkets etc. in a family-friendly atmosphere can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The stylish Marina Cala d'Or with many restaurants is just 8-10 minutes away on foot, from there it goes seamlessly to the town center with other innumerable restaurants.
A tourist train almost leads from the house via the marina to the village, if you want to avoid the walk.

By car you are in less than 5 minutes in the beautiful fishing village of Porto Petro with a number of unusual restaurants.
Countless beaches, beautiful villages such as Santanyi and golf courses can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
Palma airport about 45 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: During low season November until April - many shops and restaurants are closed in the area so choice is very limited.

Une maison fabuleuse !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui a une belle vue sur la mer. Outre sa très belle qualité architecturale et sa proximité immédiate de criques et plages, la circulation intérieure était parfaite pour notre famille. Les terrasses ou patio nous ont permis d'être dehors pour tous les repas. L 'appartement du dessus a été très apprécié par les deux adolescents. L' environnement immédiat était calme avec un accès très rapide au sympathique port de plaisance. Le jardin et sa très agréable piscine sont très bien entretenus. Il est parfaitement équipé et très propre. A la moindre question, les propriétaires ou leur gestionnaire sur place vous répondent, vous conseillent et trouvent des solutions. Un superbe séjour !

Five star golden experience in Cala d’Or

Thanks to Keeley and her husband, we had the opportunity to have a wonderful stay in Cala d’Or. Their house is fantastic and very confortable, with everything to enjoy: incredible view, nice swimming pool, BBQ. The beaches around are lovely and it is easy to rent a boat in the Marina to start the adventure. There are also some very good options to eat outside. In a few words, we just loved it. Special mention to Keeley, who has been great for always answering quickly and in a practical manner my emails, especially in such particular Covid time.

Perfect villa for holiday with our friends

The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Checking in was very well organised and communication with the owners throughout the whole booking process was very prompt and helpful

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Cala d’Or! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit, der reibungslose Check-in, die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation, und die tolle Lage. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist top gelegen, mit einem kurzen Weg zum Strand und zum Hafen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt, man hat einen tollen Blick vom Pool aufs Meer und auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige geben nur einen Vorgeschmack – die Realität ist noch beeindruckender. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, nur eine Bahn für Ortsrundfahrten verkehrt regelmäßig. Den Sportplatz der Ferienanlage die hinter dem Haus gelegen ist, ist bis ca. 23 Uhr hörbar, aber nicht wirklich störend. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, allerdings waren die Restaurants am Hafen, insbesondere die Sky Bar und das Botavara, leider nicht überzeugend. Der Service war schlecht und das Essen lieblos. Dies soll jedoch die Bewertung der Unterkunft nicht beeinflussen, sondern lediglich als Hinweis zur Umgebung dienen. Besonderes empfehlen können wir die Strandbar, die fantastische Cocktails und leckere Burger serviert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit selber wieder buchen würden!

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war klasse. Es war genauso wie es auf den Bildern zusehen war und auch die Beschreibung des Hauses und die der Lage entsprachen der Wahrheit. Tolle Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder Buchen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top. Als Anmerkung: Eine einfache Filter Kaffemaschine wäre gut aber das nur als anregung.

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem grandiosen Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Die Küche ist ganz toll ausgestattet. Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe, Sauberkeit des Hauses-alles war perfekt. Die Bucht mit Sandstrand ist 5 Minuten fußläufig. Eine Bucht ohne Sand mit Leitereinstieg direkt vor der Haustür. Restaurants an der Marina fußläufig zu erreichen! Wir können nur Danke sagen, für die schöne Zeit!!!!!

A very nice house, great location, very good facilities and extremely individually and lovingly furnished. The beautiful, well-kept garden and pool invite you to relax with plenty of seating. Hier stimmt einfach alles

Noch selten haben wir ein so schönes und gepflegtes Haus gebucht. Es ist alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Privatsphäre ist durch die schönen Bäume, Kakteen und Pflanzen gegeben. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche und deren Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das kleine Apartment im OG war ideal für unsere Teenager-Töchter. Die Dachterrasse hat einen super schönen Ausblick. Die Badezimmer sind top. Den Grill und die Waschmaschine durften wir mitbenutzen was mega war, da wir sehr schlank reisen wollten. Die Kommunikation mit Keely hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir hoffen, dass wir dieses schöne Haus bald mal wieder mieten können! Danke für alles!

Fabulous villa and great location

We have just returned home having had such a lovely holiday in this stunning villa. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with numerous options for eating, chilling and sunbathing around the property, we felt relaxed from day one. It’s a home from home, comfy beds, fluffy towels and a well fitted out kitchen with everything you need. 5 mins walk from all the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets in Cala Egos and the pretty cove of d’es Pou with lovely beach bar and friendly staff. There is an abundance of restaurants in Cala D’Or marina (beautiful Marina) and Cala D’Or town plus the small fishing port of Porto Petro is a must (we loved restaurant Norai). The little land train around the resort is great too. Great communication from the host, always super helpful plus property manager Lynn. We will definitely return! Thanks so much Keeley.

Just Perfect

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed at this lovely Villa for a week and it was just perfect. Quiet location but just a very short walk( 5mins) to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach also within a short distance. Decor and furnishings made it feel like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens in a Villa we have stayed in. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean with lovely fluffy towels. The pool area with an undercover seating area was the perfect base for chilling in the sun. The pool was cleaned a couple of times we were there and it was a lovely temp. We didn’t use the barbecue as there were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from with our favourites in the Porto Petro Marina.

Great time in Cala d’Or

Our stay was extremely comfortable and our holiday went by too fast that we didn’t want to leave… The house has a lovely kitchen, we were quite impressed by that. Unlike other houses, the kitchenware, china and glasses were very well assorted. It had espresso cups, pasta plates, a lot of glasses, not just four or five. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and the closets did not smell like wood. Sometimes you find houses where the closets are nice but the wood scent is too strong that you don’t want to put your clothes there. The bathrooms were big with big mirrors with big showers. It took a while for the water to get warm but once you get “acquainted” with the shower it all runs smoothly. It was quite handy to have two entrances. We mostly used the back door and walked to some of the restaurants. We definitely recommend the Casa….. and hope you will have such a nice stay as we did.
