The place is good but the hotel administration only care about money. I tried to cancel after the date and they said I had to go throught Expedia. Wjen I went through Expedia, Expedia tried with 5 different agents and could not cancel my reservation or even move it for another date. I had an emergency and could not make it to the reserved dates. I called them and they wouldnt respond. They will try to rebuttle with excuses on this review, dont trust the management of this place. They lie and give you the run around!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the king-size bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was small. Overall, the hotel is fine for the price, and I would stay there again if I were visiting this area again.

It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient. The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms. TV as well, and wifi. I wish they had breakfast options, like egg and fruit salad. I always have to go to the supermarket first to get something to eat in the morning.

Showers in certain items in the bathroom were not fully complete due to construction water will get everywhere. There was no pools. The hotel was under renovation and there was a lot of noise while sleeping through the construction.
