Villa Vista Gomera - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6
Vista Gomera is a beautiful and well-equipped villa in the popular resort of Playa de la Arena offering a private pool*, plus a panoramic ocean view from the terrace, looking out towards the island of La Gomera. The beach, shops, bars and restaurants are all a few minutes walk downhill to the resort centre.
Ideal for up to six guests the villa boasts three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and balcony with lovely sea views. The second bedroom can either be set up as a king-size bed or twin beds, and boasts a second balcony with a view towards Mount Teide. The third bedroom can either be set up as a king-size bed or twin beds on request. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, and even filtered drinking water. The comfy lounge offers more sea views as sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace. The dining room can be used on the very rare occasions the weather isn't suitable for eating alfresco. Downstairs in the basement is a large games room featuring table tennis, pool, table football, and darts, as well as a shower room and toilet. The basement also has a large garage which can be used for additional parking, plus a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Free WiFi is accessible around the whole villa.
The outdoor terrace has a 7m x 4m private swimming pool*, heated complimentary during the winter months, sun loungers, and alfresco dining situated under the motorised sun canopy. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy everything that Tenerife has to offer!
Playa de la Arena is a popular resort with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a sandy beach. All of these are just a short walk downhill to the resort centre. There are two good supermarkets close by plus a well-stocked convenience store opposite the beach. There are lovely coastal walks to the nearby resorts of Los Gigantes and Alcala, offering more shops, bars and restaurants.
Tenerife is home to Europe's highest volcano, Mount Teide which is a 55-minute drive away plus Europe's largest water park, Siam Park. There are six 18-hole and two 9-hole golf courses to choose from, all but one within 30 minutes’ drive.
As can be seen in the images this villa features bottleneck balustrades to the pool area with gaps of up to 20cm, when children aged 12 and under are present the gaps will be covered with trellis, which may obstruct the view. *Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.
