Increíble cabaña con una acogedora sala de estar con una hermosa chimenea, una cocina equipada y un comedor para disfrutar de comidas en familia. El ático es perfecto para que los niños duerman tengan su propio espacio, mientras que los adultos pueden relajarse en la recámara de planta baja. Disfrute de la naturaleza en su máximo esplendor con su comedor techado al aire libre, asador, fire pit, amenidades para los niños privadas, así como amenidades comunes del complejo.

HORAS EXTRAS
• La hora extra se cobra $500 pesos (excepto viernes y sábado) previamente avisando en la hora de la reservación y sujeto a disponibilidad.
• La Hora extra se toma en la entrada o en la salida.
• La hora extra en el mes de diciembre es de $1,000 pesos (excepto viernes y sábado) previamente avisando 1 semana antes y/o en la hora de la reservación y está sujeto a disponibilidad.

PERSONAS EXTRAS
• Está permitido únicamente 2 personas extras por cabaña (excepto
domos y tents)
• La Persona extra tiene un costo de $250 pesos por noche en temporada normal, en el mes de diciembre tiene un costo de $500 pesos por noche.
• Los niños se toman en cuenta a partir de los 2 años, solo en cabañas, no está permitido niños en domos ni tents.
• Está Prohibido la entrada a personas al complejo que no estén contempladas en la reservación.
▪ Pets are not allowed. If you arrive at the rented cabin with a pet, access will be denied for breach of contract, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining nights will be charged.
▪ No smoking inside the cabins.
▪ Do not litter. Dispose of waste in the appropriate trash bins. Do not throw trash anywhere.
▪ You must respect social coexistence norms and good manners within the complex and common areas.
▪ It is not allowed to leave appliances or devices on when there are no people inside the cabin.
▪ Do not waste water.
▪ Do not nail or hang objects on the walls, nor write or scratch on them.
▪ The fireplace must be operated and supervised at all times by adults, who will be responsible for its proper use and management.
▪ Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Do not use high-volume music equipment or any noise-generating devices that could disturb other visitors during these hours.
▪ Live musical groups are prohibited.
▪ Camping in the garden or entering with RVs is not allowed.
▪ Do not light fires outside of grills and fire pits.
*By government mandate, the use of fire pits is currently prohibited.
▪ Turn off the grill and fire pit before going to sleep.
▪ The administration reserves the right of admission and/or stay and may require the immediate removal of people who do not comply with these rules without any refund for the remaining nights.
▪ The administration is not responsible for any accidents or animal bites within the premises. It is also not responsible for items the guest has inside the cabin.
▪ Removing any items or objects with which the cabin is equipped (towels, sheets, furniture, chairs, etc.) from the cabin is prohibited.
▪ Hanging towels, sheets, rags, etc., outside the cabin is prohibited.
▪ The tenant will be directly responsible for any damage or harm of any kind caused by them or their companions during their stay.
▪ Any damage inside or outside the cabin will be charged to the guest who made the reservation.
▪ Firearms, fireworks, drugs, and/or toxic substances are not allowed.
▪ Use of the common pool area facilities requires prior reservation of a time slot and is subject to availability. If reserved for an event, the facilities cannot be used.
▪ Guests with reservations in domes/tents glamping do not have access to the pool.
• Domes/tents are only for 2 adults.
• Children are not allowed in this area; it is an adults-only area. Thank you for your understanding.
• Access to the domes or tents by non-reservation persons or the terrace area of any of them is not allowed (even if they have rented a cabin at the same time). Please respect the privacy of the area and other guests.
• Entry to the complex is prohibited for people not included in the reservation.
• Pets are not accepted under any circumstances.
• At check-out time, please notify 15 minutes in advance for inspection and to hand over your glamping.
• There is no cellphone signal in the area, but we have WIFI in all of our units and the amenities.

If any of the house rules are violated, a fine of $5,000 MXN will be imposed.
