Local muito agradável ,porém a comida caiu muito de qualidade. Essa foi a terceira vez que me hospedei, mas o que era o diferencial, se tornou o ponto fraco. Não sei se voltarei novamente

Bom para famílias. Para casais nem tanto.

Para família parece ser muito bom, especialmente com crianças. Mas para casal, nem tanto. Vantagens: - As refeições inclusas nas diárias sempre tem bastante variedade, apesar que as vezes não tinham tanta qualidade. Mas de maneira geral a comida é muito boa. - A infraestrutura é boa, tem varias piscinas, de fácil acesso e bem limpas. - Tem bastante infraestrutura voltada para as crianças. Desvantagens: - O atendimento dos garçons nas piscinas não é bom. Muitas vezes demora muito para passar alguém. Alguns tem uma preguiça imensa de atender. - No segundo dia acabou a energia. Ficamos preso mais de 30 minutos presos no elevador até algum funcionário conseguir ir la nos liberar. Ficou mais de 1 hora sem energia em todo o hotel. - Nos dois primeiros dias não tivemos serviço de quarto, não limparam nosso quarto, não sabemos por que. No terceiro dia tive que ligar na recepção duas vezes para solicitar a limpeza. - No primeiro dia fui no bar comprar uma cerveja por que os garçons não iam na mesa e ao chegar no bar disseram que o sistema não estava funcionando. Deixei de comprar. - O estacionamento é descoberto, o carro fica torrando no sol. - O restaurante italiano que tem la dentro não é bom. A comida não é boa, de italiana só tinha o preço.

Fomos num periodo mais frio , sugiro que as piscinas externas sejam aquecidas , pq estava impossivel de entrar na piscina mesmo com sol . agua extremamente gelada . achei a parte de recreação um pouco desanimada , tb nao houve interação com os hospedes a noite , tipo um show, uma noite tematica , algo assim .

Excelente passeio familiar

Sensacional! Ambiente familiar maravilhoso! Todos os funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos! Ainda fomos brindados com uma Festa Julina espetacular! Cuidado com o chão perto das piscinas, muito escorregadio quando com os pés molhados. Em julho, a água no Aqua Park estava congelante, tarefa difícil esquentar aquela água, mas seria maravilhoso se conseguissem :-D

Excelente para crianças e adultos, pra relaxar e se divertir. As áreas comuns são muito bem cuidadas. Minha única observação é sobre a conservação do apartamento, em parte por mau uso dos próprios hóspedes e em parte pela falha na manutenção do mobiliário e na troca de silicone do blindex do banheiro, que estava com limo.

Em geral Boa. Hojve Muita demora para a mala chegar no quarto, após o Check in e o serviço diário de limpeza do quarto só veio às 16:00 pq eu pedi. Piscinas muito boas, Parque Aquático muito bom. Comida diversificada no restaurante.
