We are located in the heart of la Zona Colonial surrounded by the best restaurants, bars, museums and other historical attractions in the area. We are only five minutes away from the fresh breezes of the Caribbean Sea in the City's Malecon.

A recently renovated colonial home. The first home that forms part of the historical "Callejon de Regina". Our guests would enjoy the independence of navigating the Zonal Colonial attractions by themselves since all of the attractions are at a short distance.

Our home is a hybrid of historical architecture and modern interior. The fabulous skylight brings morning light, brightening the house with natural sun light. The bedrooms are comfortably air conditioned and our kitchen will allow guests to prepare their own home cooked meals if their excursion time will allows it.
Bussiness people will enjoy the tranquility that the house offers.

L'endroit idéal pour visiter la vieille ville de Santo Domingo. TrÚs bien placé et bien équipé, avec un bon wifi. La personne responsable était trÚs réactive.

Great base for exploring Zona Colonial

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Santo Domingo. The location was perfect for exploring Zona Colonial on foot, and on-street parking was available or a secure parking lot nearby. The kitchen was well appointed, the wi-fi worked great all the time, the washer and dryer were a bonus, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a nice break from the heat. I would note that the second bedroom has no window, so can feel a bit gloomy, but we enjoyed hanging out in the living space with the windows open and hearing the street life outside. Would stay here again. Communication with the host was very easy and Dinorka was very helpful.

The host made everything so easy. All communication was perfect and so helpful especially as it was our first time in the Country. We loved the location of the VRBO in Zona Colonial. From the café steps away, to the other numerous recommendations the host made our stay so very enjoyable. My wife and I look forward to returning in the future.

Great Colonial House

The house is in the perfect location Callejon de Regina which is walking distance from everything in the Colonial Zone. The house was clean and the host was 100%. Perfect communication and there for us for anything we needed. Thank you.

My family and I loved to stay at Callejon De Regina. Definitely an amazing location in the Colonial Zone. The apartment it's spacious and with character. Be sure to ask for direction on how to find the box with the key, It took us a bit to get it. Finally, thank you for letting us stay at your place.
