It really sucks the fact that six days prior to my stay I try to cancel it because I no longer had to visit Santo Domingo and their answer was that I won’t get any money back. So I lost over us$200. Very disappointed

The hotel was great overall. The only two things were that the shower head was non-directional & the water pressure came shooting at you and the room service food was ok not the greatest. However, it was great for my short stay and the infinite pool was a plus.

Staff and Service was excellent everyday. Breakfast options very good, nice Happy Hour everyday at the bar. Jose from the poolbar gave lots of info on what to do in Santo Domingo, like where to go or eat. Juan taxi service gave nice tour.

Loved the staff! They were so nice and friendly. I will comeback here every time I go to Sto Dgo. Clean hotel, rooms had the best view, well located. From the check in to the bell boy to the waiter…everyone was great!

The property was great, but my bed had a hole in it and because I was already set up in the room I didn’t complain about it I didn’t want to move anywhere else. I got an upgrade for the Sweet. For $130 extra and Walk in to a hole in the bed and a broken fridge put some food there and my food got spoiled because the fridge doesn’t get cold enough to hold some food. But the staff was great.
