2. 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 12:00 noon
3. 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment or balcony – US$200 penalty applies for violations.
4. 🎉 No parties or loud gatherings. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM.
5. 👥 Only registered guests are allowed on the property — no visitors permitted.
6. 🐾 No pets unless previously authorized.
7. 💡 Turn off A/C, lights, and electronics when leaving the apartment.
8. 🧺 Take care of furnishings, white linens, and towels:
• Missing towels or damaged white linens will be charged.
• Avoid using white fabrics for makeup removal or cleaning.

Palmar del Mirador II is ideally located right in front of Parque Mirador Sur, one of Santo Domingo’s most beautiful and iconic green spaces. The building offers easy access from all main routes in the city.

From Las Américas International Airport (SDQ): ✈️
• Approx. 35–45 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
• The fastest route is via Autopista Las Américas → Av. 27 de Febrero → Av. Núñez de Cáceres, then turn toward Parque Mirador Sur.
• We recommend using Google Maps or Waze for live traffic updates.

From Downtown / Piantini / Naco: 🏙️
• Around 10–15 minutes by car.
• Take Av. Winston Churchill or Av. Abraham Lincoln heading west toward Mirador Sur Park.

From the Colonial Zone: 🕍
• Around 20–25 minutes, depending on time of day.
• Take Av. George Washington (Malecón) west, then connect to Av. Núñez de Cáceres.
