One 2-bedroom condo is located on the 7th Floor, other 2-bedroom condo on the 6th and 1-bedroom condo on the 2nd Floor. Each 2-bedroom condo has one King bedroom, one 2-Queen bedroom and a Double sofa bed in the living area, all air conditioned. The 1-bedroom condo has one King bedroom and a Double sofa bed in the living room, for a total of 3 apartments and 10 beds (7 in-room and 3 sofa beds in living areas).

Each of the three apartments has a balcony, a modern eater and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and a laundry area on a recently built gated building, located in the most centrally located and exclusive sector of Santo Domingo.
