Mansion Kyani is located on a hilltop overlooking the vineyards and quaint village of Megalochori in Santorini, with the beautiful Aegean Sea in the distance.
As soon as you enter the house you will find a big courtyard, which is characterized by the traditional “Plakoto” – cobblestone paved style.
The property features three separate living areas, two in the ground floor and one in the first floor, connected by an outside stone flight of stairs.
A luxurious infinity pool and sundeck, made entirely of local volcanic rock, offer an absolute relaxing space for guests and at night the lighting is designed to make your evenings unforgettable.
On the ground floor there is a compact fully equipped kitchen and through original archways you will reach the magnificent master bedroom with a domed ceiling and a majestic en-suite bathroom with a large tub and separate shower.
From the beautiful courtyard, original wooden doors lead into the spacious second double bedroom, which also features a dedicated comfortable second bathroom.
The first floor of this luxury mansion offers a large terrace, perfect for outside dining, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Inside, the original wooden floors have been restored. The many windows on the upper level of this property make it very bright and airy. The comfortable double bedroom on this floor boasts views of the vineyards to one side and the Aegean Sea to the other.
A dressing room leads into the spacious bathroom with large tub and separate restroom. The cleverly designed open plan kitchen and well-proportioned living area allow for casual entertaining.
Mansion Kyani can accommodate up to 6 guests and it is the ideal place for travelers who just want to relax and enjoy the Aegean light, in a unique and absolutely private environment.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 - Checkout: 12:00.
Rates are calculated in Euro on a daily basis for 6 persons. For any extra person there is a charge of Euro 70 per day upon availability.
