When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience.

Apartamento grande, limpo, tudo novo e organizado. Cama ótima, roupas de cama e cobertas de qualidade, só faltou uma TV no quarto, a única disponivel fica na sala, é grande e de boa qualidade. O único senão é a garagem, acesso muito estreito só compativel com carros pequenos.

No geral foi razoável a estadia. Falta um pouco de cuidado com o local: controles com pilhas vencidas; esqueceram de tirar o lixo do banheiro; faltando porta shampoo em um dos banheiros. Pontos positivos são os quartos e cozinha.

A cortesia, atenção, e a disposição dos recepcionistas em te atender só pode ser coisa mesmo de mineiros: muito familiar e sem burocracias. Voce se sente em casa! A sala de café, além de confortavel, "clean", faz jus ao bom cafe: Rico e farto de delícias de todos os tipos.
