CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

Standard check in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need more flexibility, please request us and we will check availability.

SMOKE:
Smoking anywhere in the building is forbidden. Vapes are also forbidden.

VISITS:
The apartment will be for your use only for the rented period, you can use the swimming pool, gym and parking but you cannot bring visitors in the common areas.

POOL:

You cannot smoke by the common areas. Loud music, and glasses are also not allowed in the pool area. The building has more than 300 apartments so for your safety and safety of others visitors are not allowed in the pool and gym area.

SECURITY MEASURES:
Before your arrival, it is necessary to send a photo ID/document (driver's license or passport) so that we can authorize access with ADMIN and building security.

Upon arrival, you must have in hand the original document you sent us for proper verification by the security team. The document will be held for a few seconds for proper verification. A photo will be taken at check-in.

All common areas (pool, elevators, parking and hallways) are monitored by cameras to ensure your safety and proper compliance to all condo rules.

GARAGE:
There is a parking space for use at no additional cost. In order to use it, you must inform the vehicle model and license plate before your arrival. Only vehicles authorized in advance will be able to access the building.

QUIET HOURS:

From 10 pm to 7 am. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time window. If having a visitor over please bear in mind balconies are wall/connected and your neighbor can listen to you even if you are just having a loud conversation between 2 ppl.

PETS:

If you are bringing your pet please let us know previous to confirming your reservation, there are certain rules we must confirm. We will also charge you a daily fee for that.
