Complete studio in Bela Cintra in the Consolação neighborhood in the heart of São Paulo, close to Paulista and Sírio-Libanês, cozy and modern decor with everything for your stay to be peaceful, such as air conditioning and a queen bed.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

THE APARTMENT

Complete and comfortable studio, it has a clean decoration that combines design and modernity with an urban touch of the city of São Paulo, in beige and gray colors, it has wooden shelves, gray cabinets, warm lamp chandeliers with regulated lighting and studio spots. The apartment has a dining table, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, bowls, 42" television, queen-size bed and white bathroom with window. In addition to air conditioning, we offer comfortable bedding. and new, iron, hangers, shampoo, soap and hair dryer.

THE LOCALIZATION

Located in the prime part of Consolação and with easy access to downtown, the Belint building is on Rua Bela Cintra, close to Avenida Paulista and Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Shopping Frei-Caneca and Higienópolis-Mackenzie station. Also close to one of the most famous postcards of the city, the MASP on Avenida Paulista and a street from Rua Augusta.
